GBFirst Time, Not The Last! To begin, the app is very easy to navigate around which made my first time shopping experience enjoyable. As I was perusing the site I was pleased to see Zebit offers merchandise from reputable companies including gift cards, which is what I was looking for, an REI gift card to be exact. They offer it as an e-certificate which is perfect. Checkout went smoothly and my friend loved the gift!

GBno response from customer service Like others here, the site says Under Maintenance and will not allow me to check out. I have emailed them multiple times and I am getting NO response from them. They are responding here on other reviews to email them, but why when they are not responding to emails? This all seems rather shady, especially with the review from one of their vendors saying they have not been paid.

GBUnable to use Zebit for weeks I haven't been able to make any purchases for weeks now. I contacted customer service multiple times I keep being told that financing has been temporarily paused while they address matters with their platform. I keep getting generic answers whenever I reach out to them

GBFor months now customers cannot place… For months now customers cannot place orders. The company has put no statements out nor have even respected customers enough to at least sent an explanatory email. When you send an email questioning them they sent a very vaque reply that states they are addressing issues with their platform. I understand that they wont make a statement they are closing down because of fearing customers may take steps to avoid paying if they can no longer purchase, but there are people who do not owe yet are still customers... Christmas has to be the busiest time for them and the fact they still arent receiving orders on NOVEMBER 28th speaks volumes...

GBZebit went to a two factor… Zebit went to a two factor authorization process. I never receive the second email. I tried multiple times to resolve. Got as far as their bot resetting my password which wasn't the problem and something I didn't request. You can't call them due to the pandemic as they shuttered their "call" center. I did file a complaint with the FTC, and am working with the San Diego Business news on an investigative piece. Also looking at a potential class action based on the excessive delivery fees on their gift card deliveries.
