10/10 I've ordered from Cokodive twice, first in the summer of 2021 (SKZ Noeasy), and more recently (17 and SKZ) and I haven't had problems with either. Since the first was a pre-order it took a while before dispatch, but the most recent purchase was dispatched a business day later, and delivered within a week! Fast free shipping, with no customs charges or extra tax/VAT, Packing was sufficient, and Tracking has been straightforward with frequent updates, including if my package is taking longer than expected. Helped me out after delayed transit After some delays in shipping and arriving, Cokodive really went above and beyond for me after I was having trouble. I even managed to get refunds for two preorders, as I’m currently struggling financially and needed the money back. Despite their policy on refunding for preorders. They gave me a refund. Their parcels are always well packaged, I’ve never had any damages. It’s only on the rare occasion like with me do parcels not arrive on time. But 98% parcels arrive to me on the expected arrival date.

Bad shipping and service I am very disappointed about my experience with buying on cocodive. i bought a package in January and Since then I didn’t get any tracking information, not even a tracking number! Althought I contacted them already a couple of times they still couldn’t give me any proper reason why my package was not even shipped and still isn’t! Bery frustrated, angry and disappointed especially because I had no birthday gift for one of my friends. Not buying from here again. Just hoping that one day my package arrives at my place.

Recommend Ive ordered from cokodive a few times and each time ive received my items in good condition (and they do make it clear that a damaged outer case isnt cause for refunds) and customer service has replied and helped quite a bit. The only issue has been that its been very slow to get (UK) here compared to other people ive seen make reviews. I really do recommend them and i plan to place another order soon :)
