10/10 I've ordered from Cokodive twice, first in the summer of 2021 (SKZ Noeasy), and more recently (17 and SKZ) and I haven't had problems with either. Since the first was a pre-order it took a while before dispatch, but the most recent purchase was dispatched a business day later, and delivered within a week! Fast free shipping, with no customs charges or extra tax/VAT, Packing was sufficient, and Tracking has been straightforward with frequent updates, including if my package is taking longer than expected. Overall 10/10 and would recommend

It's okay it's just... Their products are legit and their shipping fast. Usually they add an extra photocard as a gift. But remember that you'll have to pay the customs fee and it's NOT included in the price on their website. Your local shipping company will send you an invoice a month later, which I had not expected. So be prepared especially if the stuff you ordered is not cheap.

AVOID! Pre ordered TXT’s new album from cokodive with the lucky draw photocards. Waited over a month since the release of the album for my order to get cancelled today due to a system error whereby they didn’t have enough stock to fulfil my order? Absolutely ridiculous to make me wait over a month and then cancel my order, offering me a lousy 10% discount as compensation. Avoid!! Edit: just wanted to add that they also delete 1 star reviews on their website - very shady

Overall I’m giving them 4 stars Overall I’m giving them 4 stars, everything was legit and real merch. I preordered the noeasy jewel case from them and it came well packaged and intact, however it took them 10 days to post and I think it was only after I emailed that they remembered I’d ordered- i did. get the preorder stuff but I have a feeling they used leftover standard stuff as the frame card wasn’t a different colour (apparently the jewelcase frames are red) but I’m not fussy about photo cards so that’s okay. Overall would buy again from them I’d just make sure to send a little email to customer service if there’s no tracking info a few days after an album drop- wouldn’t leave it as long!
