Pre-order stray kids no easy from cokodive!!!! I pre-ordered the stray kids no easy limited version of the album and I couldn't be happier, they sent an extra pc with the order and also had it all well packaged in bubble wrap so that nothing goes wrong with it. Im happy to say that I will be purchasing from cokodive again as theyre reliable and kind. Just to let anyone who finds this review helpful know, I live in the UK and the order came perfectly and even the box had no dents in it as it was quite sturdy. I hope this helps anyone contemplating with buying from cokodive as I 100% would recommend 😁

My order was shipped to a different… My order was shipped to a different address, contacted fedex for them to tell that my tracking label was attached to someone else's package so mine is lost apparently?? For all we know the other person could've kept it...tried cokodive customer serve who are actually no help at all, they don't even reply back. Sent numerous emails, insta- Twitter DM's still nothing!! I'm beyond pissed tbh I don't ever want to order from them again the whole experience has made me lose my trust in them altogether. Don't even want to give one star at this point! Very angry!!

Bad shipping and service I am very disappointed about my experience with buying on cocodive. i bought a package in January and Since then I didn’t get any tracking information, not even a tracking number! Althought I contacted them already a couple of times they still couldn’t give me any proper reason why my package was not even shipped and still isn’t! Bery frustrated, angry and disappointed especially because I had no birthday gift for one of my friends. Not buying from here again. Just hoping that one day my package arrives at my place.

Never order from them again. I preordered Bts' Proof on the 13 of May, fast forward to the 3 of July and the order is yet to even be shipped! I've sent them numerous emails but never got an answer. I've even made the same mistake a few days ago by placing another order of product NOT on preorder. Both order are marked as UNFULFILLED. never buy from them at this point I prefer to order from Weverse and pay the enormous shipping fee!
