Recommend! Shipping took about two weeks (took over a week to be dispatched but then arrived within days) and the quality was as expected! I live in the UK. I was unsure at first about ordering but would order from here again if I really wanted something. Only issue is that prices are hiked up by £15-20 or so when converted but I understand that's how they make money and they are providing limited-edition items unavailable where I am.

Fantastic experience many times I’ve ordered lots from Cokodive, BLACKPINK light stick, vs album, jhopes album and now waiting on stray kids light stick v2 and have preordered jungkooks album. Cokodive are also very fast at replying to emails and have a fantastic social media presence managed by Jack. I have watched live videos as well that Jack does, I love this company so much and would highly recommend!

My order was shipped to a different… My order was shipped to a different address, contacted fedex for them to tell that my tracking label was attached to someone else's package so mine is lost apparently?? For all we know the other person could've kept it...tried cokodive customer serve who are actually no help at all, they don't even reply back. Sent numerous emails, insta- Twitter DM's still nothing!! I'm beyond pissed tbh I don't ever want to order from them again the whole experience has made me lose my trust in them altogether. Don't even want to give one star at this point! Very angry!!

Bad shipping and service I am very disappointed about my experience with buying on cocodive. i bought a package in January and Since then I didn’t get any tracking information, not even a tracking number! Althought I contacted them already a couple of times they still couldn’t give me any proper reason why my package was not even shipped and still isn’t! Bery frustrated, angry and disappointed especially because I had no birthday gift for one of my friends. Not buying from here again. Just hoping that one day my package arrives at my place.

DON'T buy there I've ordered 3 articles with horrendous shipping costs. One or two days after my order, they emailed me that one item was out of stock. Considering that the high shipping costs (over 30€) for two small items are unjustified, I asked them to cancel my order. Customer support was quick to cancel it, they do, however, charge me 4,80€ for "currency fluctuations". They haven't even shipped my order nor did they have anything to charge me money for. Ridiculous! Order number is 1959013 but I bet that you just pretend to care and still keep the money for you. Scammers!
