Never order from them again. I preordered Bts' Proof on the 13 of May, fast forward to the 3 of July and the order is yet to even be shipped! I've sent them numerous emails but never got an answer. I've even made the same mistake a few days ago by placing another order of product NOT on preorder. Both order are marked as UNFULFILLED. never buy from them at this point I prefer to order from Weverse and pay the enormous shipping fee!

DON'T buy there I've ordered 3 articles with horrendous shipping costs. One or two days after my order, they emailed me that one item was out of stock. Considering that the high shipping costs (over 30€) for two small items are unjustified, I asked them to cancel my order. Customer support was quick to cancel it, they do, however, charge me 4,80€ for "currency fluctuations". They haven't even shipped my order nor did they have anything to charge me money for. Ridiculous! Order number is 1959013 but I bet that you just pretend to care and still keep the money for you. Scammers!

i have been trying for weeks to get… i have been trying for weeks to get them to cancel Order #1607929 and have received no response. this is beyond absurd now. never do business with these re-sellers they take forever to ship -- if they ship at all and their customer service makes weverse look amazing. cokodive is the absolute worst you'd be better off buying from someone on ebay.

It's okay it's just... Their products are legit and their shipping fast. Usually they add an extra photocard as a gift. But remember that you'll have to pay the customs fee and it's NOT included in the price on their website. Your local shipping company will send you an invoice a month later, which I had not expected. So be prepared especially if the stuff you ordered is not cheap.

Bad shipping and service I am very disappointed about my experience with buying on cocodive. i bought a package in January and Since then I didn’t get any tracking information, not even a tracking number! Althought I contacted them already a couple of times they still couldn’t give me any proper reason why my package was not even shipped and still isn’t! Bery frustrated, angry and disappointed especially because I had no birthday gift for one of my friends. Not buying from here again. Just hoping that one day my package arrives at my place.
