Recommend Ive ordered from cokodive a few times and each time ive received my items in good condition (and they do make it clear that a damaged outer case isnt cause for refunds) and customer service has replied and helped quite a bit. The only issue has been that its been very slow to get (UK) here compared to other people ive seen make reviews. I really do recommend them and i plan to place another order soon :)

great site for album preoders and other albums generally albums have always come within about a week (I'm UK based) prices are a bit more but that is because shipping is included. of all the shops I use I think I trust cokodive the most as the parcels can always be tracked and they arrive quickly.

Since the first was a pre-order it took a while before dispatch, but the most recent purchase was dispatched a business day later, and delivered within a week! Fast free shipping, with no customs charges or extra tax/VAT, Packing was sufficient, and Tracking has been straightforward with frequent updates, including if my package is taking longer than expected. Fantastic experience many times I’ve ordered lots from Cokodive, BLACKPINK light stick, vs album, jhopes album and now waiting on stray kids light stick v2 and have preordered jungkooks album. Cokodive are also very fast at replying to emails and have a fantastic social media presence managed by Jack. I have watched live videos as well that Jack does, I love this company so much and would highly recommend!
