Bad shipping and service I am very disappointed about my experience with buying on cocodive. i bought a package in January and Since then I didn’t get any tracking information, not even a tracking number! Althought I contacted them already a couple of times they still couldn’t give me any proper reason why my package was not even shipped and still isn’t! Bery frustrated, angry and disappointed especially because I had no birthday gift for one of my friends. Not buying from here again. Just hoping that one day my package arrives at my place.

Recommend! Shipping took about two weeks (took over a week to be dispatched but then arrived within days) and the quality was as expected! I live in the UK. I was unsure at first about ordering but would order from here again if I really wanted something. Only issue is that prices are hiked up by £15-20 or so when converted but I understand that's how they make money and they are providing limited-edition items unavailable where I am.

My order was shipped to a different… My order was shipped to a different address, contacted fedex for them to tell that my tracking label was attached to someone else's package so mine is lost apparently?? For all we know the other person could've kept it...tried cokodive customer serve who are actually no help at all, they don't even reply back. Sent numerous emails, insta- Twitter DM's still nothing!! I'm beyond pissed tbh I don't ever want to order from them again the whole experience has made me lose my trust in them altogether. Don't even want to give one star at this point! Very angry!!

It's okay it's just... Their products are legit and their shipping fast. Usually they add an extra photocard as a gift. But remember that you'll have to pay the customs fee and it's NOT included in the price on their website. Your local shipping company will send you an invoice a month later, which I had not expected. So be prepared especially if the stuff you ordered is not cheap.

I preordered the noeasy jewel case from them and it came well packaged and intact, however it took them 10 days to post and I think it was only after I emailed that they remembered I’d ordered- i did. get the preorder stuff but I have a feeling they used leftover standard stuff as the frame card wasn’t a different colour (apparently the jewelcase frames are red) but I’m not fussy about photo cards so that’s okay. Overall would buy again from them I’d just make sure to send a little email to customer service if there’s no tracking info a few days after an album drop- wouldn’t leave it as long!
