Fantastic experience many times I’ve ordered lots from Cokodive, BLACKPINK light stick, vs album, jhopes album and now waiting on stray kids light stick v2 and have preordered jungkooks album. Cokodive are also very fast at replying to emails and have a fantastic social media presence managed by Jack. I have watched live videos as well that Jack does, I love this company so much and would highly recommend!

My order was shipped to a different… My order was shipped to a different address, contacted fedex for them to tell that my tracking label was attached to someone else's package so mine is lost apparently?? For all we know the other person could've kept it...tried cokodive customer serve who are actually no help at all, they don't even reply back. Sent numerous emails, insta- Twitter DM's still nothing!! I'm beyond pissed tbh I don't ever want to order from them again the whole experience has made me lose my trust in them altogether. Don't even want to give one star at this point! Very angry!!

10/10 I've ordered from Cokodive twice, first in the summer of 2021 (SKZ Noeasy), and more recently (17 and SKZ) and I haven't had problems with either. Since the first was a pre-order it took a while before dispatch, but the most recent purchase was dispatched a business day later, and delivered within a week! Fast free shipping, with no customs charges or extra tax/VAT, Packing was sufficient, and Tracking has been straightforward with frequent updates, including if my package is taking longer than expected. Overall 10/10 and would recommend

Cokodive is awesome!!! Cokodive was first k pop shop that I used EVER. I really love buying here because my packages always come in good condition, usually fast and Cokodive always inform me about it's whereabouts. Also, Cokodive run a really nice group of people who always try their best so that their costumers can be happy and satisfied, and I really respect that. I would recommend Cokodive 100% to anyone who wants to buy k pop merch or even self care products. 😊💜

Recommend! Shipping took about two weeks (took over a week to be dispatched but then arrived within days) and the quality was as expected! I live in the UK. I was unsure at first about ordering but would order from here again if I really wanted something. Only issue is that prices are hiked up by £15-20 or so when converted but I understand that's how they make money and they are providing limited-edition items unavailable where I am.
