AUShocking Shocking, I placed an order and paid for an order which I have never received. When I followed up on the order I was informed if I paid a further US$30 it would be sent via a certain transportation, however, I paid for postage in the original order and refuse to pay extra and have no guarantee I will then receive the goods. I decided not to make a further payment and have never received my order or any other form of communication, other than the emails generated my end. Diane Collins

THatrocious customer service! The website makes it easy to order. After that, good luck. I placed my order almost two weeks ago. I’ve been asking for shipment status and still have received no information. The link I was initially sent with shipment tracking info yielded nothing. Just a blank screen. Someone replied to my initial inquiry indicating I’d receive a reply subsequently on my shipment status - nothing. I’d rate the customer service as abysmal. Here’s a tip Druksell - when you inform a customer that they shall receive follow up in a specific time frame - it’s a good policy to take action on what you committed to doing!
