GBLooks can be deceiving Product came was a set of coilovers for my e82. They looked sweet was excited to get them fitted they looked the part and once on and height adjusted it was perfect changed the ride etc... The dissapointment came just around a year on and all the shocks are leaking and yeah still in my warranty period my option was to take them off and send them to be assessed by the company which means in the mean time I would need to buy another set. Considering replacing the shocks with the same company but don't trust the product quality or company. Im stuck as I haven't got a spare set of shocks to just throw on and await to even see IG I would get a refund as there seems to be a common thread of company blaming customers and installation. Might be best to spend more else where to avoid unwanted stress the options I was given was as below You can send the unit back to the below address Stance+ can inspect it. If there are no marks on the piston (this is the main cause of leaking units from the piston being claimed during installation) and the unit is found to be faulty Stance+ can send you a replacement unit under warranty free of charge. 2) Alternatively, if you cannot send the unit back due to it being on the car or any other reason you will need to purchase a new single unit(s) at the exchange rate of £90.00 per front and £48.00 per rear (stock depending). Then once you return the suspected faulty unit back after you have fitted the new one, If found to be faulty we can refund the exchange fee in full for you. No help or solution highly dissatisfied
