GBOrder never received, refund never received Want to start off by saying i’ve been buying from Sou+Sepia for years and the quality has always been top notch. However this year has been a nightmare…i never received an order i placed in March 2022. Tomorrow will be November 1st and i’m still waiting for a refund which has yet to be completed. I tried to give them another chance and placed an order for items that were being marketed as 3day shipping…. Have yet to get any updates on any of it…. I keep getting emails about refunds that will be coming through in 7-10 business days… i’m still waiting for refund and shipping info.

GBGreat customer service I’ve been aware of Souk & Sepia for some time and follow them on FB and Insta. I finally decided to order something during a sale back around the end of Feb 2022. I noticed the site mentioned shipping delays, which was fine because I didn’t need my items right away anyways. It’s now April abs still haven’t received a shipping update, so I reached out via email. I received a very thorough and apologetic email from Yhen who was very helpful and offered a partial refund on one of my final sale items, and a discount code for a future purchase. The response even mentioned they would prioritize my order and try to send it out sooner. So far I can only speak on the customer service side, but I’m looking forward to receiving my items.

GBRUN! Used to be my favorite brand, I purchased orders last year and loved what I received. I now have three orders that have been placed between 2 and 5 months ago, have received the same long winded and insubstantial emails that everyone else has about shipping delays, and after requesting a refund a month ago, got more run-around about how they’re transitioning into a new payment system (insert more rambling excuses here). They are unfortunately not to be trusted. They will take your money, keep it, and you will most likely never get your purchase into your hands. Don’t waste your money or energy here.

GBDO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THESE… DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is TRASH! I wish iInhad read the reviews beforehand. They are giving authentic black owned companies a bad name. I places an order and have yet to receive any follow-up information in regards to shipping or anything. Only shop with black owned vendors in person is what I will be doing moving forward or from a true reliable source.

GBNo Item or Refund I’m so disappointed. I preordered an item in February. Reached out in March - June and received so many conflicting stories of being refunded and then being asked for my PayPal and then nothing else. This became horrible customer service. I will not be shopping with this brand again.
