Tried to support a black owned… Tried to support a black owned business. Placed order Jan 14. Still no tracking as of today, April 1. Every time I reach out, Irish from customer service tells me to be patient, promises tracking info within a few days, still nothing. When I asked for a refund, she tells me wait 24 business days! Never again doing business with these scam artists

DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THESE… DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is TRASH! I wish iInhad read the reviews beforehand. They are giving authentic black owned companies a bad name. I places an order and have yet to receive any follow-up information in regards to shipping or anything. Only shop with black owned vendors in person is what I will be doing moving forward or from a true reliable source.

Do not buy from this company Placed an order on 11/4/2022, like 3 weeks went by no tracking information was given, so now its the week after Thanksgiving I need my shoes for an event still no tracking info. so I start emailing, inbox on facebook finally on 11/30/22 someone responded via email and refunded me. Now its 12/12/22 I have not gotten my refund nor do I have their product. so I check my account no refund got my bank to research what happen this company decline my refund on 12/6/22. so now I'm emailing again trying to figure what's the problem now.

Bizarre - and no order to be found. Souk has been the most bizarre shopping experience I have had to date. I ordered nine weeks ago and I've been in contact with them about my order - they are very responsive and write out these incredibly apologetic, long, well thought-out and wordy emails about why your order is nowhere to be found. Still no order. It's very strange. Word of advice to Souk: Use the same energy and resources that you're using on communications and those pretty social media posts and re-allocate to actually getting your orders out.

I have several items from this company I have several items from this company, and looking for more! Unfortunate to hear of the bad reviews because I had NO problems at all and continue to get numerous compliments when I wear their garments! Readers, take all reviews with a grain of salt...satisfied customers RARELY take the time to post about their good experiences, I am sure the positives outweigh the negatives.
