GBMy order was place in January and it… My order was place in January and it never arrived. Things happen. It's all in how you recover. Although, I didn't receive my merchandise, an apology and quick attentiveness to the problem was received. Carla graciously handled my issue and also apologized to me for never receiving my item. You know businesses are not perfect, things will happen and a customer will return and shop when the sales reps are kind and quickly expedite things to make the consumer as happy as much as they can inspite of the circumstances. Carla did just that. Will I return? Yes. Because they've gotten it right so many other times.

GBLoss It’s Luster The first few orders were perfect. However, the last two didn’t appeaR to have the same quality material and detail. Sadly they were all final order, the pants were tagged as medium but were undoubtedly a small. The code I received to get a discount due to a delayed ordered a few months back wasn’t acceptable when I tried to use it. I’m very disappointed and now hesitant to purchase any other items.

GBScammed by LUX Suk - Order never received I placed an order with LUX Suk November 2022 and I still have not received my order 4 months later. I’ve emailed lux Suk numerous times, someone name Russ has responded stating they’d circle back around to me within 48 hours. I haven’t from this company since 12/14/2022.

GBOrder never received, refund never received Want to start off by saying i’ve been buying from Sou+Sepia for years and the quality has always been top notch. However this year has been a nightmare…i never received an order i placed in March 2022. Tomorrow will be November 1st and i’m still waiting for a refund which has yet to be completed. I tried to give them another chance and placed an order for items that were being marketed as 3day shipping…. Have yet to get any updates on any of it…. I keep getting emails about refunds that will be coming through in 7-10 business days… i’m still waiting for refund and shipping info.
