Bizarre - and no order to be found. Souk has been the most bizarre shopping experience I have had to date. I ordered nine weeks ago and I've been in contact with them about my order - they are very responsive and write out these incredibly apologetic, long, well thought-out and wordy emails about why your order is nowhere to be found. Still no order. It's very strange. Word of advice to Souk: Use the same energy and resources that you're using on communications and those pretty social media posts and re-allocate to actually getting your orders out.

Great customer service I’ve been aware of Souk & Sepia for some time and follow them on FB and Insta. I finally decided to order something during a sale back around the end of Feb 2022. I noticed the site mentioned shipping delays, which was fine because I didn’t need my items right away anyways. It’s now April abs still haven’t received a shipping update, so I reached out via email. I received a very thorough and apologetic email from Yhen who was very helpful and offered a partial refund on one of my final sale items, and a discount code for a future purchase. The response even mentioned they would prioritize my order and try to send it out sooner. So far I can only speak on the customer service side, but I’m looking forward to receiving my items.

Company rebranded as Kelly Obi New York YA'LL, they have rebranded themselves as a company called Kelly Obi. They literally have the exact same clothes that Souk + Sepia had. I am sooooo annoyed because they truly were my favorite and turned out to be a fraud! smh! We have got to do better!!

My order was place in January and it… My order was place in January and it never arrived. Things happen. It's all in how you recover. Although, I didn't receive my merchandise, an apology and quick attentiveness to the problem was received. Carla graciously handled my issue and also apologized to me for never receiving my item. You know businesses are not perfect, things will happen and a customer will return and shop when the sales reps are kind and quickly expedite things to make the consumer as happy as much as they can inspite of the circumstances. Carla did just that. Will I return? Yes. Because they've gotten it right so many other times.

The whole business is a scam. The whole business is a scam. If you reverse google search the clothes, you can find them for a third of the price on sites like Aliexpress or Shein. It is supposedly a business that helps us women of color look cute for less, but it's actually a scam and money making scheme for the owners to profit off of our ignorance. They owe multiple current and former employees money and seemingly dozens of customers never ever got their orders. All of this info is on Twitter twitter dot com/souk_and_sepia
