GBDo not buy from this company Placed an order on 11/4/2022, like 3 weeks went by no tracking information was given, so now its the week after Thanksgiving I need my shoes for an event still no tracking info. so I start emailing, inbox on facebook finally on 11/30/22 someone responded via email and refunded me. Now its 12/12/22 I have not gotten my refund nor do I have their product. so I check my account no refund got my bank to research what happen this company decline my refund on 12/6/22. so now I'm emailing again trying to figure what's the problem now.

GBRUN! Used to be my favorite brand, I purchased orders last year and loved what I received. I now have three orders that have been placed between 2 and 5 months ago, have received the same long winded and insubstantial emails that everyone else has about shipping delays, and after requesting a refund a month ago, got more run-around about how they’re transitioning into a new payment system (insert more rambling excuses here). They are unfortunately not to be trusted. They will take your money, keep it, and you will most likely never get your purchase into your hands. Don’t waste your money or energy here.

GBBizarre - and no order to be found. Souk has been the most bizarre shopping experience I have had to date. I ordered nine weeks ago and I've been in contact with them about my order - they are very responsive and write out these incredibly apologetic, long, well thought-out and wordy emails about why your order is nowhere to be found. Still no order. It's very strange. Word of advice to Souk: Use the same energy and resources that you're using on communications and those pretty social media posts and re-allocate to actually getting your orders out.

CAI have several items from this company I have several items from this company, and looking for more! Unfortunate to hear of the bad reviews because I had NO problems at all and continue to get numerous compliments when I wear their garments! Readers, take all reviews with a grain of salt...satisfied customers RARELY take the time to post about their good experiences, I am sure the positives outweigh the negatives.

GBThese reviews are NOT representative of Souk and Sepia.… I am stunned at all of these bad reviews! I can only assume that mostly unhappy customers are posting reviews. I have ordered several items for myself and others with no problems. Lots of people order and sell stuff from China, y'all...🙄
