GBNo Item or Refund I’m so disappointed. I preordered an item in February. Reached out in March - June and received so many conflicting stories of being refunded and then being asked for my PayPal and then nothing else. This became horrible customer service. I will not be shopping with this brand again.

GBBizarre - and no order to be found. Souk has been the most bizarre shopping experience I have had to date. I ordered nine weeks ago and I've been in contact with them about my order - they are very responsive and write out these incredibly apologetic, long, well thought-out and wordy emails about why your order is nowhere to be found. Still no order. It's very strange. Word of advice to Souk: Use the same energy and resources that you're using on communications and those pretty social media posts and re-allocate to actually getting your orders out.

GBGreat customer service I’ve been aware of Souk & Sepia for some time and follow them on FB and Insta. I finally decided to order something during a sale back around the end of Feb 2022. I noticed the site mentioned shipping delays, which was fine because I didn’t need my items right away anyways. It’s now April abs still haven’t received a shipping update, so I reached out via email. I received a very thorough and apologetic email from Yhen who was very helpful and offered a partial refund on one of my final sale items, and a discount code for a future purchase. The response even mentioned they would prioritize my order and try to send it out sooner. So far I can only speak on the customer service side, but I’m looking forward to receiving my items.

GBThese reviews are NOT representative of Souk and Sepia.… I am stunned at all of these bad reviews! I can only assume that mostly unhappy customers are posting reviews. I have ordered several items for myself and others with no problems. Lots of people order and sell stuff from China, y'all...🙄

GBsouk + SEPIA… Excellent products and customer service I ordered a few items from souk + SEPIA and they sent half of my order quickly. The hoodie dress was excellent quality and fit beautifully. An email was sent informing me that the other items were back ordered. I contacted them after a few weeks to inquire about my items and Grace responded promptly. She rectified the issue, addressed my concerns and politely assured me my items would be sent as soon as possible. Great job Grace! I definitely will be a return customer.
