GBPurchased a purse that I rarely used Purchased a purse that I rarely used. The leather that connected the purse together eventually withered away and couldn’t use it anymore. Poor quality. And I’m very disappointed they market to black women, but then drop ship from China. I don’t recommend ordering anything from them.

GBNo Item or Refund I’m so disappointed. I preordered an item in February. Reached out in March - June and received so many conflicting stories of being refunded and then being asked for my PayPal and then nothing else. This became horrible customer service. I will not be shopping with this brand again.

GBCompany rebranded as Kelly Obi New York YA'LL, they have rebranded themselves as a company called Kelly Obi. They literally have the exact same clothes that Souk + Sepia had. I am sooooo annoyed because they truly were my favorite and turned out to be a fraud! smh! We have got to do better!!

GBsouk + SEPIA… Excellent products and customer service I ordered a few items from souk + SEPIA and they sent half of my order quickly. The hoodie dress was excellent quality and fit beautifully. An email was sent informing me that the other items were back ordered. I contacted them after a few weeks to inquire about my items and Grace responded promptly. She rectified the issue, addressed my concerns and politely assured me my items would be sent as soon as possible. Great job Grace! I definitely will be a return customer.

GBI own several pieces from the company… I own several pieces from the company that I just simply love, and so I remain supportive which is why my rating is a 3. However, I ordered a dress in August 2022 that I totally forgot about and only remembered when I was checking on the status of an order I made in September 2022. I am hopeful that the production and shipping issues improve soon. I really want this company to thrive, but in order to do so the pervasive problems with completing orders must be solved.
