I own several pieces from the company… I own several pieces from the company that I just simply love, and so I remain supportive which is why my rating is a 3. However, I ordered a dress in August 2022 that I totally forgot about and only remembered when I was checking on the status of an order I made in September 2022. I am hopeful that the production and shipping issues improve soon. I really want this company to thrive, but in order to do so the pervasive problems with completing orders must be solved.

No Item or Refund I’m so disappointed. I preordered an item in February. Reached out in March - June and received so many conflicting stories of being refunded and then being asked for my PayPal and then nothing else. This became horrible customer service. I will not be shopping with this brand again.

RUN! Used to be my favorite brand, I purchased orders last year and loved what I received. I now have three orders that have been placed between 2 and 5 months ago, have received the same long winded and insubstantial emails that everyone else has about shipping delays, and after requesting a refund a month ago, got more run-around about how they’re transitioning into a new payment system (insert more rambling excuses here). They are unfortunately not to be trusted. They will take your money, keep it, and you will most likely never get your purchase into your hands. Don’t waste your money or energy here.

The whole business is a scam. The whole business is a scam. If you reverse google search the clothes, you can find them for a third of the price on sites like Aliexpress or Shein. It is supposedly a business that helps us women of color look cute for less, but it's actually a scam and money making scheme for the owners to profit off of our ignorance. They owe multiple current and former employees money and seemingly dozens of customers never ever got their orders. All of this info is on Twitter twitter dot com/souk_and_sepia

Bizarre - and no order to be found. Souk has been the most bizarre shopping experience I have had to date. I ordered nine weeks ago and I've been in contact with them about my order - they are very responsive and write out these incredibly apologetic, long, well thought-out and wordy emails about why your order is nowhere to be found. Still no order. It's very strange. Word of advice to Souk: Use the same energy and resources that you're using on communications and those pretty social media posts and re-allocate to actually getting your orders out.
