GBCompany rebranded as Kelly Obi New York YA'LL, they have rebranded themselves as a company called Kelly Obi. They literally have the exact same clothes that Souk + Sepia had. I am sooooo annoyed because they truly were my favorite and turned out to be a fraud! smh! We have got to do better!!

GBORDERED: October ‘22 GOT NOTHING! I placed an order in October 2022, it’s now January 2023. I reached out through email in December 2022 and got a response about delays and said I would receive a tracking number soon and would be updated shortly. It’s been crickets since I sent that email. I even sent a direct message on Instagram, they “loved” my critical comment about their customer service but never responded. I’m requesting a refund with my bank. As I see these reviews, I wish I would have read them sooner before even ordering. Purchased a winter jacket with a promo code for $72. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be disappointed and out of money with no product received!

GBTried to support a black owned… Tried to support a black owned business. Placed order Jan 14. Still no tracking as of today, April 1. Every time I reach out, Irish from customer service tells me to be patient, promises tracking info within a few days, still nothing. When I asked for a refund, she tells me wait 24 business days! Never again doing business with these scam artists

GBOrder never received, refund never received Want to start off by saying i’ve been buying from Sou+Sepia for years and the quality has always been top notch. However this year has been a nightmare…i never received an order i placed in March 2022. Tomorrow will be November 1st and i’m still waiting for a refund which has yet to be completed. I tried to give them another chance and placed an order for items that were being marketed as 3day shipping…. Have yet to get any updates on any of it…. I keep getting emails about refunds that will be coming through in 7-10 business days… i’m still waiting for refund and shipping info.

GBThe whole business is a scam. The whole business is a scam. If you reverse google search the clothes, you can find them for a third of the price on sites like Aliexpress or Shein. It is supposedly a business that helps us women of color look cute for less, but it's actually a scam and money making scheme for the owners to profit off of our ignorance. They owe multiple current and former employees money and seemingly dozens of customers never ever got their orders. All of this info is on Twitter twitter dot com/souk_and_sepia
