The price is great but still not worth it The price is great but the amount of time to review clothing is too long. Sometimes you have to wait weeks to receive something making it a complete waste of money! Customer service doesn’t help much and will offer you $20 off the next month which doesn’t help when you aren’t receiving what you paid for to begin with. Very disappointing.

I wish zero stars were an option. I wish zero stars were an option. My daughter tried a free trial and received 2 items she liked. I believed she had purchased them and cancelled. We never received any additional shipments. 4 months later I start getting emails that we owe them over $300. I asked if they could refund the monthly charges, as we clearly had not been using the service! They declined and said instead they would send me to collections if I didn’t pay. This is such a disgusting and predatory service. I’m happy to pay for services/items I receive but to charge when someone clearly isn’t using a service is awful.

Great price and selection This is the third rental service I have used and I love it. The price point is less than the competitors and I've been really happy with the selections. I also really like being able to mix my returns to keep loved items even longer without holding up future shipments. I have also found customer service super responsive the times I have need to work through an issue. They clearly care about their customers happiness.

I love the selection of clothes and… I love the selection of clothes and that new items are added a few times a week. However, things are often unavailable in my size within a day or two of being posted. Also, I wish there was an option to rent out more than three items and not have to return them all at once. I’ve notice shipping taking longer between boxes, even when you return notify a day or two before sending back.

As everyone else has mentioned As everyone else has mentioned, you have to call to cancel. It also has to be done during their hours which I believe are east coast, which makes it really difficult with my work schedule. There is a law that was passed making this illegal, I can't post the link to it as this site won't allow it. You can Google Senate Bill 313. Although they aren't in California, this still covers consumers in California! Perhaps this company should change their policy before they get reported. I have tried a few times now to cancel to no avail. That alone is enough to not want to use this company! Aside from that, the clothes are just ok, and the price really doesn't justify the amount of items you actually get in a month's time. I wish I would have read these reviews before getting sucked into this company!
