Great price and selection This is the third rental service I have used and I love it. The price point is less than the competitors and I've been really happy with the selections. I also really like being able to mix my returns to keep loved items even longer without holding up future shipments. I have also found customer service super responsive the times I have need to work through an issue. They clearly care about their customers happiness.

If I could give it zero starts I would - Scammy If I could give it zero starts I would. Signed up for a free trial, couldnt find enough things I liked for it to be worth it. Tried to cancel through their website, but they make you call on the phone. I tried email directly, they refused to process the cancelation on the phone. Their phone lines are only open M-F office hours, when I *also* work, and when I took break time to try, couldn't get on the line with anyone. Tried again today, got someone, they made me answer a million questions about different prices I might accept to stay even though I told them flat out I just wanted to cancel. They also won't refund for the month they charged, even though I didn't use the service, AND they won't let you use the month you already paid for unless you call and cancel directly on the day it renews. They'll only cancel if they can take away access for the time you've already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. They're clearly running off making it impossible to cancel without losing a bunch of your time and money.

Such a SCAM Such a scam. Makes you call to cancel but is never open. My acct is gonna be charged on a saturday but the cancellation hotline isn't even open and receiving calls until Monday!!???

They make it impossible to cancel I've been trying to cancel this membership ever since I signed up. I don't want it and the clothes are really ugly. Like grandma ugly. I have called support but they weren't able to find my account. It is under my phone number and my email. I'll have to dispute these charges if I can't cancel this. I've tried calling again but my work hours make it really hard for me to call during business time. I've also reached out via email and on social media and I'm talking to robots so no one can help me.

Do not waste your time on subscribing… Do not waste your time on subscribing to this site. Their cancellation policy is very inconvenient. They have you call them to have it canceled and their custom service agents are so aggressive to push you to stay on the subscription. They do not have a variety of items for you to choose from.
