In top of not canceling my… In top of not canceling my subscription. I have not received on box from them since the took money out last month. I keep calling them about it and they keep saying they are processing it and I should send an email. Where is it tired of run a rounds and lies. I'm reporting this company to my states Attorney office and New York's States Attorneys office.

Such a SCAM Such a scam. Makes you call to cancel but is never open. My acct is gonna be charged on a saturday but the cancellation hotline isn't even open and receiving calls until Monday!!???

I've never actually received a box from… I've never actually received a box from them. I started getting billed monthly and despite having documented emails to the company requesting them to stop billing, they continue. I've now been billed for three months and have never received anything. I'm disputing with my credit card.

Great price and selection This is the third rental service I have used and I love it. The price point is less than the competitors and I've been really happy with the selections. I also really like being able to mix my returns to keep loved items even longer without holding up future shipments. I have also found customer service super responsive the times I have need to work through an issue. They clearly care about their customers happiness.

This company is terrible This company is terrible zero communication. I returned my items when covid hit, and thought I canceled my membership. Today I got an email from a collection agency for over $300. I haven’t heard anything from them via email, mail or phone in 6 months and now they are just ruining my credit.
