Great price and selection This is the third rental service I have used and I love it. The price point is less than the competitors and I've been really happy with the selections. I also really like being able to mix my returns to keep loved items even longer without holding up future shipments. I have also found customer service super responsive the times I have need to work through an issue. They clearly care about their customers happiness.

Do not waste your time on subscribing… Do not waste your time on subscribing to this site. Their cancellation policy is very inconvenient. They have you call them to have it canceled and their custom service agents are so aggressive to push you to stay on the subscription. They do not have a variety of items for you to choose from.

Poor quality service and scammy… Poor quality service and scammy company. Would not recommend to anyone. It's incredibly hard to cancel their service -- only by phone, during certain hours -- and the cancellation is effective immediately regardless of if you've already paid for that month's service. In addition to that, the clothing is poor quality.

I hate services that make it impossible… I hate services that make it impossible to cancel. Once you contact them (and get off hold), you have to be firm that you want to cancel through five different sale pitches. Totally sucked for me and the salesperson. Not a company I would recommend at all.

This company is a complete scam This company is a complete scam. I returned my last 3 items in September and was told I needed to do so, by their customer service representative, to cancel. Once they received my items, I called back in October and canceled. I was told, “ you have no outstanding items and we’ll cancel your account.” I received my confirmation email and moved along. A month later, I’m fighting a claims investigation with my bank because they charged me 200.00 stating 2 of the items were not returned. I didn’t keep their items and they already confirmed once the items were returned but now I have to fight to get my 200 back and that’s just very frustrating. Save your money and spend the extra 20.09 a month to do the style trial with Express. Better clothes, faster turn around and they’re not a scam.
