4 months and still no order I have been trying to get a response to my order since May. I have sent multiple support ticket requests with no response. Impossible to get responses from this company. It is almost August, it shouldn’t take this long!

11days not shipped not cancelled I ordered a graphics card 11 days ago and chose express shipping and so far it has not been shipped and I sent 4 emails to cancel the order, but so far there is no response If your store is not working, close it until the existing problems are resolved. I will keep warning people from buying from this site.

Feeling scammed I have bought first time from this store.although the support team was helpful in the beginning about giving extra off but when i want to purchase they didn't reply me for a week may be due to peak hrs.Now i made a purchase and they replied me at once.Hopefully i will receive my order soon and would be thank ful for this store for delivering this rack to my address.i am waiting to write a best review. Hey guys.its been 3 weeks but still i got no update from the store about my order and i am looking forward to cancel my order and get a refund as i have a paid a big amount of $168 but i am neither getting a satisfactory response nor the status of my order is changed and from other reviews on this website i am feeling that i was scammed.could anybody help me regarding getting my refund.

Hi Storepaperoomates The only issue I had was response times with email took long, but the company has a lot of tickets to process and limited staff so if you buy something you'll need patience with your orders feedback from staff. Requested a cancelation of my order and got a refund within 2 days.

VENDOR SENT MY ORDER TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS The item I ordered was shipped to the incorrect address, even though I provided the correct shipping address. I tried to contact the vendor multiple times about their error, but I never heard back from them. I have no way of knowing when or how, (or if), I will ever receive my parcel, and I still haven’t been acknowledged by the vendor/shipper. I went on a wild goose chase with UPS, just for them to do nothing to help me. Now I’m stuck waiting for UPS to return my package to the vendor so they can correct the shipping label and send it out to my correct address, which I provided.
