ZAIf I could rate 0 I would If I could rate 0 I would! After 2 months I still haven't received my parcel. Apparently, they chose the longest cheapest shipping route possible! definitely not going to purchase anything from them again

INDelay in order shipment and no confirmation I have ordered a Samsung book cover on 17thJul21. Yet get shipping details and confirmation on when can I receive the item. Every time I reach out to support team, get standard reply that "we are working on your ticket". No more shopping here. Requesting for refund if order can not be processed.

GBI received a Charles Wysocki calendar… I received a Charles Wysocki calendar weeks after ordering it. It had a smudge on the top of every page and some small drops of some of the coloring on the side of every page. I sent two emails asking about returning it and never got a response. Also was charged a handling fee for the purchase which no one does now. It was too much trouble and expense to return. Will not buy from them again.

ZALong periods of no feedback There was quite a long wait during the "I've paid and now I'm waiting for the next step" phase of the process. and I know it's a fine line between spamming your customer and letting them know that things are still happening. Even an auto-generated, every 2/3 days with an update? Tricky, because it could become insincere. Subsequently, I saw a mail about PayPal withholding funds so I'm not sure if that was linked but again, notify the customer at the time of purchase? Otherwise, very happy the bulb arrived eventually if somewhat later than the advertised lead time.

MXWaste of time Technical support is very slow to respond. In my case, my order was never processed and I had to cancel my Paypal payment. No messages, WhatsApps or emails were answered. Unfortunately, vendor also never responded. Neither to tell that he was unable to provide the items.
