SA11days not shipped not cancelled I ordered a graphics card 11 days ago and chose express shipping and so far it has not been shipped and I sent 4 emails to cancel the order, but so far there is no response If your store is not working, close it until the existing problems are resolved. I will keep warning people from buying from this site.

CA4 months and still no order I have been trying to get a response to my order since May. I have sent multiple support ticket requests with no response. Impossible to get responses from this company. It is almost August, it shouldn’t take this long!

SGOrder Cancellation I bought a $132 item and Express delivery and it still hasn't come. I've reached out to customer service to cancel my order and I haven't gotten a reply. I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. When this happens I'll give a better review. Thank you.

ZAIf I could rate 0 I would If I could rate 0 I would! After 2 months I still haven't received my parcel. Apparently, they chose the longest cheapest shipping route possible! definitely not going to purchase anything from them again

GBVENDOR SENT MY ORDER TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS The item I ordered was shipped to the incorrect address, even though I provided the correct shipping address. I tried to contact the vendor multiple times about their error, but I never heard back from them. I have no way of knowing when or how, (or if), I will ever receive my parcel, and I still haven’t been acknowledged by the vendor/shipper. I went on a wild goose chase with UPS, just for them to do nothing to help me. Now I’m stuck waiting for UPS to return my package to the vendor so they can correct the shipping label and send it out to my correct address, which I provided.
