CA3 months and still no fire table, but they did take $40 for fun Ordered a fire table. Had to cancel the order because of their billing system. Revived refund for less than what I paid, they made it right and then sent me a link to order it again. I order it again. Waiting for it to be delivered… nothing. I check tracking… nothing. Check my CC and sure enough, this time they canceled the order. Again, didn’t give me a full refund. Have contacted them several times with no human response, and now $40 in-the-hole with no fire table. If you’re smart enough to check reviews before purchasing through Storepaperoomates, be smart enough to not order anything from them.

GBPoor customer service I wanted to order a Charles Wysocki calendar and every other online vendor seemed to be sold out of this item so I tried Storepaperoomates. I placed the order on Dec. 31, but never received a shipping confirmation. On Jan. 18 I emailed customer support asking about the status of the order. On Jan. 25 I finally received the calendar. On Jan. 30 I finally received a response from customer support telling me the item had been delivered. This email had a link to explain the delayed response but the link sent me to a page with an error message. On top of the poor communication and slow delivery of my product, the emails I received and the copy on the website itself was filled with odd grammatical errors, which did not increase my overall confidence of the vendor. I also found the repeated requests to review the site via Trustpilot rather annoying. I will most likely never use this store again but I did eventually get the product I paid for.

ZAHi Storepaperoomates The only issue I had was response times with email took long, but the company has a lot of tickets to process and limited staff so if you buy something you'll need patience with your orders feedback from staff. Requested a cancelation of my order and got a refund within 2 days.

GBVENDOR SENT MY ORDER TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS The item I ordered was shipped to the incorrect address, even though I provided the correct shipping address. I tried to contact the vendor multiple times about their error, but I never heard back from them. I have no way of knowing when or how, (or if), I will ever receive my parcel, and I still haven’t been acknowledged by the vendor/shipper. I went on a wild goose chase with UPS, just for them to do nothing to help me. Now I’m stuck waiting for UPS to return my package to the vendor so they can correct the shipping label and send it out to my correct address, which I provided.
