You won't be able to returned anything You won't be able to returned anything, I order a sweatshirt even though I followed their size chart it was too small, I was offered a refund off 50% of the cost of the item and keep it, plus coupons for further shopping, to me it doesn't make sense to keep something that it doesn't fit. Customer service is terrible. Don't shop from this website not worth it :(

Horrible Company Giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. Ordered Birckenstock shoes for my wife for Christmas. I've now sent four different emails to them trying to get a different size and they will not respond to anything. I've sent them my order number, receipt, and explanation of everything. I'll never use this company again and will continue to write negative reviews for them. Lesson learned. Never again with this company.

This company sells "fake" merchandise… This company sells "fake" merchandise and does not honor their return/refund policy. This has to be the worst company i have ever ordered from. My daughters grandparents ordered her a pair of "Birkenstock" sandals for Christmas. The sandals arrived and you could tell immediately that they were not authentic. We contacted customer service to return items and get a refund, and they stall by offering a percentage refund if we keep the items. We told them no we want to return for a full refund, and still have gotten no where. They said that return shipping will be expensive??? Please do not buy anything from this "Scam" company

The clothes I ordered took over 2… The clothes I ordered took over 2 months to come and were promised by christmas. Nothing I ordered resembled the pictures online. Very poor material and horrendous stitching on jacket and sweatshirt was not oversized and could fairly fit a 12 year old girl

Boots were a whole size too small Boots were a whole size too small. They were advertised as Women's size 12 in American sizing. When they arrived, they were size 43, which is European sizing (approximately size 11 American). However, my European size is 45. I know this because I have several pairs of shoes and boots from Italy. All size 45 and fit great. Return policy is a nightmare and not worth it. Shirt material was flimsy and had a clammy, rubbery feel to it. Also sized way too small, even going by exact cm measurements. Chinese scam ripoff. Should we be surprised? Save your money and shop elsewhere online.
