False advertising Ordered 2 pair of shoes. I contacted them for shipping status and was told the wedges I ordered were out of stock and it would be a long time before they are in. The "HEY DUDE" canvas shoes I ordered arrived from China, generic and cheap. False advertising on their website. I have reached out for refund...we'll see.

The obviously fake Doc Martens I… The obviously fake Doc Martens I received were not only a sad knockoff, they didn’t fit. The chemical smell was so strong that I had to try them on outside. As a Doc Martens fan for over 30 yrs, I’m insulted that they thought the poor stitching, misplaced insert, & obvious lack of detail would be acceptable, especially for the price. I ordered a size 9 & they fit like a size 8. I could’ve gotten a real, quality pair of Docs for the same price, but since my shoe size is common therefore runs out quickly, I bought them from upustyle. That’s what I get for being impatient & not having confidence in Docs to restock my size. They have been emailing me for over a year to write a review yet I’m not allowed to submit the correct date. Trying to return them was an expensive act of Congress so I donated them.

Horrible Company Giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. Ordered Birckenstock shoes for my wife for Christmas. I've now sent four different emails to them trying to get a different size and they will not respond to anything. I've sent them my order number, receipt, and explanation of everything. I'll never use this company again and will continue to write negative reviews for them. Lesson learned. Never again with this company.

I wish there was a lower rating I wish there was a lower rating. Ordered Birkenstock Boston shoes as a Christmas gift for my daughter. As I never received a tracking number and was worried they'd be late, I ordered a backup pair elsewhere (and contacted Upustyle, trying to cancel the order). Thank goodness for backup! The Upustyle knock-offs (advertised as the real deal) didn't arrive until 2023 and the quality is terrible. No box, the buckles are held on by what looks like blue twist ties, and the material is not good. I am trying to return the shoes but have had no luck with customer services yet.

Poor Policy! The shoes purchased did not fit and your company would not take them back unless I paid the shipping to China! They also initially offered me a 15% refund, which was ridiculous! After several emails back and forth, and a LOT of my time and effort, I finally was able to get a 75% refund. That was almost acceptable, but then I was stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that I couldn't wear! Your company either needs to stand behind your products in a MUCH better fashion or make it clear before a customer orders that you have NO return OR refund policy!
