Lousy product, NO SERVICE! I recently ordered a pair of moccasins. I received them-the stitching is coming apart in one, the leather is a very cheap grade & they are poorly sized & made. I immediately sent a request for return info & reimbursement. It has now been several weeks -I received NOTHING! NO CALL, NO CORRESPONDENCE! RIPOFF! SAVE YOUR MONEY-shop elsewhere!!

Full size too small Man, I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I've had similar experiences with other Chinese companies, so should have known better. Astonishingly, I actually like the red suede slip-ons they sent (the chemical smell is because these aren't leather, they're made from petroleum products), but even though they're marked EU size 40 (women's US size 9), they're at least a full size too small. We'll see if I can get any customer service, otherwise, I'll just have AM Ex dispute the charge. Caveat emptor!

I wish there was a lower rating I wish there was a lower rating. Ordered Birkenstock Boston shoes as a Christmas gift for my daughter. As I never received a tracking number and was worried they'd be late, I ordered a backup pair elsewhere (and contacted Upustyle, trying to cancel the order). Thank goodness for backup! The Upustyle knock-offs (advertised as the real deal) didn't arrive until 2023 and the quality is terrible. No box, the buckles are held on by what looks like blue twist ties, and the material is not good. I am trying to return the shoes but have had no luck with customer services yet.

You won't be able to returned anything You won't be able to returned anything, I order a sweatshirt even though I followed their size chart it was too small, I was offered a refund off 50% of the cost of the item and keep it, plus coupons for further shopping, to me it doesn't make sense to keep something that it doesn't fit. Customer service is terrible. Don't shop from this website not worth it :(

Boots were a whole size too small Boots were a whole size too small. They were advertised as Women's size 12 in American sizing. When they arrived, they were size 43, which is European sizing (approximately size 11 American). However, my European size is 45. I know this because I have several pairs of shoes and boots from Italy. All size 45 and fit great. Return policy is a nightmare and not worth it. Shirt material was flimsy and had a clammy, rubbery feel to it. Also sized way too small, even going by exact cm measurements. Chinese scam ripoff. Should we be surprised? Save your money and shop elsewhere online.
