GBThey are so woke They are so woke. They clearly work for the dealers which will come back to haunt them as buyers are getting frustrated with using their website. I hate how the site: 1). Defaults to "Include long distance delivery" Only punk yuppies get used cars delivered to them. 2. The site tells me that it is a "Hot Car" and likely to sell within a week. Shut up! I didn't ask for your opinion. 3. Great deal, good deal, fair deal. Again, shut up! I didn't ask for your opinion. 4. Payments? Society is screwed because we are a debtor nation. Everyone would be much better off if we paid cash for everything. Just show the price.

GBEasy transaction Just sold my car on this site to a person 2000 miles away. After the sale, AT escrows the funds and sends temp tags for the buyer. They do all the paperwork for $99. What an easy transaction. Only 4 stars cuz it’s a bit confusing and I had to call twice but people are nice and helpful. Also the notifications didn’t work so missed some offers but worked out anyway with a small delay. Worth it.

GBUseless app Written an add to sell my motorcycle, finding it impossible to upload photos, app has permission to access photos but find I'm going around in circles always ending in clicking 'add photos' and nothing happens. Hour and a half of my life I won't get back grrrr....edited to add trying to speak to someone on the phone I went through the usual 'select 1,2,3 or 4 I selected the appropriate number (1) and got "this number is being used for staff training so is unavailable, please try later".... unbelievable.....resolved by not using the useless app but signing in using a browser.

GBBias against individuals I am interested in buying a vehicle listed at £7,490, a "good price" according to Autotrader. They advise that the trade-in price for that same vehicle is £4,350, about a 40% difference below dealer "good price". This site has a trade bias. Individuals need to be aware that any dealer quoting the Autotrader trade-in price is not to be trusted. By association, nor are Autotrader.
