Expensive and lots of scammers Paid for a (very expensive!) advert and immediately received a spam call from someone with a thick Indian accent trying to buy a vauxhall Corsa, then a Ford Kuga ( I'm seeling a Volkswagen!) This is before I received confirmation the advert had even gone live.

They are so woke They are so woke. They clearly work for the dealers which will come back to haunt them as buyers are getting frustrated with using their website. I hate how the site: 1). Defaults to "Include long distance delivery" Only punk yuppies get used cars delivered to them. 2. The site tells me that it is a "Hot Car" and likely to sell within a week. Shut up! I didn't ask for your opinion. 3. Great deal, good deal, fair deal. Again, shut up! I didn't ask for your opinion. 4. Payments? Society is screwed because we are a debtor nation. Everyone would be much better off if we paid cash for everything. Just show the price.

AutoTrader - Shambles - Private Seller now Listed As Trader Cos they decided I tried to create an advert today with Autotrader for a personal car I'm selling. Using my existing account Autotrader decided to change my account details without my permission or consultation and listed me as a "Trader" and not a private seller which I am. This was outrageous. When I called to report this after waiting 20 minutes to get through to their security they said I need to send them proof that I own my own car that I'm selling in order to remove this status. This is a inept outfit I warn others of their dodgy practices as its clear they don't value customers. They are a complete shambles and would trust them with anything as god knows what they doing with your personal information. If I could list my rating below 1 star like a minus star I would. Very Annoyed Customer

Plain and simple - stay away Plain and simple, I paid for the premium listing and none of the metrics worked. They replied that it was a system error and that its in fact, working correctly, even if I cant see the metrics. When i did a search, my listing didn't show up. Even by fine tuning the search to only include my year and model, the ad didn't run. They are unreachable by phone and email support is non-existent. Save your money and sell elsewhere!

Useless app Written an add to sell my motorcycle, finding it impossible to upload photos, app has permission to access photos but find I'm going around in circles always ending in clicking 'add photos' and nothing happens. Hour and a half of my life I won't get back grrrr....edited to add trying to speak to someone on the phone I went through the usual 'select 1,2,3 or 4 I selected the appropriate number (1) and got "this number is being used for staff training so is unavailable, please try later".... unbelievable.....resolved by not using the useless app but signing in using a browser.
