GBTruly awful Truly awful Promised delivery after promised delivery NEVER TURN UP.! I emailed them 30 times, live chat 10 times and called them all bullish-t excuses every time Delivery they say is 3 to 7 days—-try over 2 months and they still don’t send 🤦♂️🤷♂️ “Yha they was sent 2 weeks ago but we don’t have a tracking number” was the most common excuse Scam company

GBAn absolute scam An absolute scam Purchased twice, the second time with a lifetime warranty. Two responses from their "customer service" team after numerous efforts to get the issues resolved. DangoBuds: "Just to inform you that we already stopped production for this model and our warranty only coverage manufacturing defect." Me: "It is a manufacturer defect. So I paid for the product and warranty and you're telling me I don't receive a replacement?" DangoBuds: "The warranty does not cover defects from prolonged usage. The product was delivered on August 13, 2021 this order is too old for a refund or a replacement." Apparently their lifetime warranty is the lifespan of a gnat.

GBDang buds appeared to me as a set for… Dang buds appeared to me as a set for free. All I had to do was fill out a survey for comcast cable. I filled out the surveys and then it prompts you to an order page. Here is where you find out it is only a free trial, and you need all your personal information and a credit card to receive them. I wonder if Comcast knows about this?
