I filled out the surveys and then it prompts you to an order page. Here is where you find out it is only a free trial, and you need all your personal information and a credit card to receive them. I wonder if Comcast knows about this?

Edited after their reply - I bet wherever your trial statement is, it’s in small font too isn’t it? If this wasn’t such a scam you wouldn’t hide your return address and avoid attempts to get it. Much less offer a 30% discount to avoid it being used either! These scams are completely dishonest no matter how hard you try to disguise it.

Bank got my money back. Goods never arrived as they don’t exist Well, this is my last posting on this company. My bank retrieved my payment so I’m not out of pocket. Dangobuds acknowledged the refund and asked me to return the goods ‘when they arrive’. That’s their way of trying to look legitimate, the buds will never arrive because they were not sent. The whole thing is a scam. You have been warned.

Dud Dangos Recently i bought two pairs of dango buds and upon receiving them found that the buttons to operate phone, music etc would not work on both pairs. have tried many times to get in touch with company as per their contact info and emails just keep getting returned. Looks like i have been dudded again
