USDon't fall for $5.99 deal!!! They advertised $5.99 Dangobuds to my 80+ dad but they ended up charging him $79.99. Why do they engage in such deceptive business practices? This is a horrible way to get people to buy your product. Tricking seniors into purchasing them. He couldn't return and get his money back. Shame on you Dangobuds!

USTOTAL SCAM!!! Wasn't looking to try, actually wanted to buy for work. Ordered July 6, never received. 10 days later $80 was taken from my account. First chat support gave me tracking number and absolutely no movement. Chat again today(5 Aug 2021) no changed. Fritz insisted he couldn't cancel order until I received the earbuds. Kept getting excuses. TOTAL SCAM!!!! If Dango bothers to reply, screw you and your earbuds,I want my money back! Yeah, well I've already reached out and you keep telling me to be patient and wait longer for a refund for a trial on a product I never received. USI bought a case in January 2021 I bought a case in January 2021. Worked well until last week. Now the left ear bud has no sound and the right one has very low volume. I've tried everything from resetting to factory settings to forgetting device and rebooting to bluetooth. Nothing works and I can't get anyone to help. Don't be duped. They only work for a few months.

USDangoSCAM! I too was scammed by this company. Do not believe the sweet replies they are giving. About 3 weeks ago I was browsing email, Costco to be specific, and ad popped up that I had won, it appeared from Costco, just click here for free prize, so on. I never approved any transaction. Tried to close email, literally had to restart phone to get out. Today charge for $79.99 from what looks like from Dangobuds, not sure what this company's real name is, except FRAUD, Inc. My bank would not stop transaction, telling me technically I approved it. So I will use my own fraud protection by closing that bank account.

USOrdered on the 6th of July Ordered on the 6th of July, called a few weeks later and they were just getting processed Arrived on the 21 st and account was automatically billed 79.99. No 15 day trial but charged anyway. Sent back unopened with assurances my account will be reimbursed in 5-7 business days. We'll see.
