GBgreat selection and community- but no protection bbeware- even though most audiogon sellers seem to be honest and fair, if you are unlucky enough to get scammed, audiogon will not protect you like ebay does. they have a dispute resolution process (which i have been through twice), that seems solid and thorough, but it has no teeth. after audiogon decides a dispute and declares a resolution, they have no enforcement. i bought an amp that arrived broken. the seller wouldn't let me return it so i went thru the dispute process and prevailed. they told me to return the amp, which i did. they told the seller to return my money. he did not. audiogon did nothing to enforce it and i got screwed!

GBNot ethical or professional. This went from a reputable resale site to the most unethical and unprofessional company and community.

GBDon't do business with this company Don't do business with this company. Once they get your credit card info they'll just keep charging it until you shut them off at the card company. There's a reason they don't have a phone listed. Then they would have to talk to all the disgruntled customers.
