I paid $700 in fees for an unsuccessful two-month listing When I decided to sell an item on Audiogon, I had never done that - I'm a normal guy, not a retailer - and I screwed up and selected to pay fees up front. I wasn't being careful enough and didn't understand the options all that well. I listed the item for sale and received a couple offers, none of which was close to what I needed. The item never sold and I asked customer service - Tammy - if they would consider refunding some or all of my $700 listing fee since the item wasn't selling and I was having second thoughts about selling it at all now. I received absolutely no empathy, just questions like "Why did you list it if you weren't sure about selling?" She said she would not refund me any money. All she could offer is to re-list the item. Now, I am out $700 (!) -- not a small amount of money. I have a credit with Audiogon that I will never, ever use - I don't sell equipment like this very often, i.e. never. I've since asked to speak with a different manager and no one has responded. They are much better at taking your money than responding to requests for assistance. This is a warning to potential users - be very careful when selecting a fee option because if you screw up like I did, customer service will not help you and you could be out $700 just to list an item for two months. That's pretty good money for no work, Audiogon.

Audiogon is a Cesspool of Evil! If you sign up to Audiogon, you should be aware of what can happen. You can become a victim of internet terrorism. This is not a place for the exchange of ideas. It is a place where people with too much time and/or money hang out to troll, and bash, and lie and cheat, and defame. On Audiogon, this activity is OK, and even fun to the users. Horrific, despicable, unethical, users. Criminals. And they do not care. You may get trolled. Users will lie about you. They will try to tear you down, and do damage to your account. They will pry into every aspect of your life, to interfere with your life. They wish to cause you damage. They will call you on the phone. They will send you horrific emails. They will make threats against you. They will harass you. They will spend their time in simply making your life miserable. And to them, this is enjoyable. Many of these users are sick, and even suffer from mental illness. You may have joined to buy something or find out some audio information. I recommend that you do not take this chance. Or your life may be altered in a pretty horrible manner. Avoid this site like the plague, or it may make you ill. Seriously. If you want to invite audio-terrorists into your home, well, here you go. Audiogon.

Just scammed out of £391 on an Xbox Just scammed out of £391 on an Xbox. They trade under a website - appliancesstore co uk but when you get the payment it goes to Audiogon.com. Non of the phone numbers work.

Audiogon.com scamners I also have been scammed by electronics online limited, purchase an Xbox series X, the website doesn't exist anymore, money was taken by audiogon.com, so they are also involved, luckily I used my credit card so I can claim my money back 😡
