Yes, I had a long wait, but the device eventually arrived, and I am happy. Thank you Infinitekloud. KEITH.

AUBeware Infinitikloud!! Infinitikloud do not make it clear that the prices are in US dollars. Even though you've chosen the Australian website. I ordered 2 of tgere 128GB units on 13-05-20. I received a confirmation of order showing a higher price (AU$'s) I tried to query this at the support email address, no answer. The confirmation email said I'd get a tracking number next, never came! I tried the Sydney phone number several times, always goes to voicemail. They office address is in Hong Kong!! I've now reported to ACCC. Almost 8 weeks now. I've received items from USA and UK quicker during the Covid-19 crisis. No excuses. It looks like a major scam to me. Please investigate.

NZAfter long delay it arrived After long delay it arrived. Plugged into computer but nothing came up on the screen anything like the dashboard shown in the accompanying instructions. Managed to find in file explorer and sliding the pc icon over the infiniti icon got to start downloading. The next day downloaded a bit more. Since then have not been able to open device at all, a really big waste of time, does not do what they say at all, probably a scam and a waste of money

AUI purchased 2 InfinitiKloud's I purchased 2 InfinitiKloud's plus a Lifetime guarantee. In October 2019 at a cost of $100.00 AUD. It has never worked on my Android Tablets. The original Software of Google Play store worked fine on my Android phones. 14 Months later with the new and improved software, it now does not work at backing up my phone. Customer support has been giving me the run around for a week. Just Don't buy from InfinitiKloud.

GBHighly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed.
