Every email has generic ‘COVID is delaying deliveries...’ but I ordered a rug from Italy just 10 days ago and long delivered. No personal response. No customer support. Info at infinitikloudofficial dot com does not exist - contact for their NZ operation. FRAUDULENT! Do not hand over money!

Never Received - No Refund Item was ordered and charged on 9 January. I have written many, many times. COVID is a standard excuse. Tracking numbers provided are not recognised by DHL, or alleged ongoing postal provider. It is 18 March - this item is not coming it seems & refund request is ignored. Does this company even exist? Reading other reviews, I question that. Sadly, the money for this was a Christmas gift from my son. Shameful. UPDATE: I have received a response asking me to help the company understand where things went wrong by contacting their 24/7 customer service people. How difficult is it to understand that I paid for an item that I have never received, have been given false tracking information (I doubt that the item has ever been shipped), and that I have been in contact with them countless times over the past 2 1/2 months. What a waste of time. Do Not Order anything from infiniteKloud.

Thank you for addressing my concerns and following up so promptly! ************ I should have realized it was to good to be true. I was charged 2x because the order was taken without my address being put in. (should be a clue) I entered my address and attempted to correct my order but it charged me again. I thought since my address wasn't complete it would NOT have allowed the order to proceed, like legitimate websites and companies. It also locks on to the 'great deal' for another stick and can't get by that page except by clicking to purchase. It is messed up.

I have tried to load IK at a cost of… I have tried to load IK at a cost of approx $200 , 2 USB infinitikloud SD , 3 64 high transfer speed memory cards 1 class 10 memory card34mg, 4 dongles. I emailed numerous times, the company who auto replied, and a to date have wasted many hours trying to load. My order number was 2218295880 which IK confirmed. My original order was via australia company.The 2 packages came from Complete Performance commerce, 221 Gooderham Road Wellawong , Queensland 4110. Pretty dissappointing result, Infinitikloud, not sure where to from here!!

Beware Infinitikloud!! Infinitikloud do not make it clear that the prices are in US dollars. Even though you've chosen the Australian website. I ordered 2 of tgere 128GB units on 13-05-20. I received a confirmation of order showing a higher price (AU$'s) I tried to query this at the support email address, no answer. The confirmation email said I'd get a tracking number next, never came! I tried the Sydney phone number several times, always goes to voicemail. They office address is in Hong Kong!! I've now reported to ACCC. Almost 8 weeks now. I've received items from USA and UK quicker during the Covid-19 crisis. No excuses. It looks like a major scam to me. Please investigate.
