GBHighly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed. AUScam alert This is a scam. Ordered 82 days ago with the promise of 5-7 day delivery. Overcharged. Called, emailed, messaged and I keep getting told it's in transit, and I can send back for a refund after I receive it. Have received 3 completely different shipping tracking advices. They have different and impossible tracking information. Somehow it got from Sydney to the UK in less than 12 hours! A different name - probably the same scammer - replies to each message. Excuses excuses but no action. Stay away people.

GBInfinitikloud-Avoid like the Plague I continue to receive what appear to be automated replies apologising for the delay. I have requested a refund.... again no action. I have requested a telephone number to contact but again......nothing. I do receive offers of goods at 50% discount but no idiot would go for that throwing good money after bad. The "Support" help is rubbish. Surely I have a right to a full refund. So what about it Infiniti?

AUBuy the Photo Stick⦠We were going to buy a Photo stick unit, but after reading the reviews from Pc Magazines we decided to get this I/Kloud...BIG mistake, took ages to get here (Australia) then could not get it to work, no activation code supplied, contacted their support & received code, PC said ready to use, but can't open it no matter what I do, have spent hrs trying to get it to work ! but have given up, should have got the Photo Stick, the support people have replied to all my e mails, but I don't think the product is any good.

GBNot Trustworthy I previously wrote a review about the company not being trustworthy, in February 2023, and supplied all my informations. They replied they will contact me by email, and they never did for more than 2 months now, neither they refunded the money for the merchandise returned on time and as per their instructions and within their 60 days policy. Order #2219119337. Authorized return 7/27/22. Sent them 3 emails requesting my refund, on 1/11, 1/18 and 2/6/2023, as well as a voice message, with no response either.
