Highly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed. I have tried to load IK at a cost of… I have tried to load IK at a cost of approx $200 , 2 USB infinitikloud SD , 3 64 high transfer speed memory cards 1 class 10 memory card34mg, 4 dongles. I emailed numerous times, the company who auto replied, and a to date have wasted many hours trying to load. My order number was 2218295880 which IK confirmed. My original order was via australia company.The 2 packages came from Complete Performance commerce, 221 Gooderham Road Wellawong , Queensland 4110. Pretty dissappointing result, Infinitikloud, not sure where to from here!!

Scam alert This is a scam. Ordered 82 days ago with the promise of 5-7 day delivery. Overcharged. Called, emailed, messaged and I keep getting told it's in transit, and I can send back for a refund after I receive it. Have received 3 completely different shipping tracking advices. They have different and impossible tracking information. Somehow it got from Sydney to the UK in less than 12 hours! A different name - probably the same scammer - replies to each message. Excuses excuses but no action. Stay away people.

this is a scam company this is a scam company, they never produce an order number , they never supply a phone number. they will charge your credit card and say it will take 30 days or more for item, so you cannot get your refund from credit card protection. Stay away from this company. So notice the reply, there is no order # that’s the first red flag, second is never a phone number given, the names listes are not even real employee names

Every email has generic ‘COVID is delaying deliveries...’ but I ordered a rug from Italy just 10 days ago and long delivered. No personal response. No customer support. Info at infinitikloudofficial dot com does not exist - contact for their NZ operation. FRAUDULENT! Do not hand over money!
