GBNot Trustworthy I previously wrote a review about the company not being trustworthy, in February 2023, and supplied all my informations. They replied they will contact me by email, and they never did for more than 2 months now, neither they refunded the money for the merchandise returned on time and as per their instructions and within their 60 days policy. Order #2219119337. Authorized return 7/27/22. Sent them 3 emails requesting my refund, on 1/11, 1/18 and 2/6/2023, as well as a voice message, with no response either.

GBDon't buy this garbage The product did not work. I spent hours & months communicating this to the support team who either kept sending me the basic instructions over and over again or a formatted email telling me they hadn't heard from me so they were closing the ticket. Worst product and worst support team ever!

AUNever Received - No Refund Item was ordered and charged on 9 January. I have written many, many times. COVID is a standard excuse. Tracking numbers provided are not recognised by DHL, or alleged ongoing postal provider. It is 18 March - this item is not coming it seems & refund request is ignored. Does this company even exist? Reading other reviews, I question that. Sadly, the money for this was a Christmas gift from my son. Shameful. UPDATE: I have received a response asking me to help the company understand where things went wrong by contacting their 24/7 customer service people. How difficult is it to understand that I paid for an item that I have never received, have been given false tracking information (I doubt that the item has ever been shipped), and that I have been in contact with them countless times over the past 2 1/2 months. What a waste of time. Do Not Order anything from infiniteKloud.

GBHighly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed. GB***UPDATE*** Concerns addressed.****I should have realized it was to good… ***** UPDATE******I did receive my order and it all looks good. Thank you for addressing my concerns and following up so promptly! ************ I should have realized it was to good to be true. I was charged 2x because the order was taken without my address being put in. (should be a clue) I entered my address and attempted to correct my order but it charged me again. I thought since my address wasn't complete it would NOT have allowed the order to proceed, like legitimate websites and companies. It also locks on to the 'great deal' for another stick and can't get by that page except by clicking to purchase. It is messed up.
