Never Received - No Refund Item was ordered and charged on 9 January. I have written many, many times. COVID is a standard excuse. Tracking numbers provided are not recognised by DHL, or alleged ongoing postal provider. It is 18 March - this item is not coming it seems & refund request is ignored. Does this company even exist? Reading other reviews, I question that. Sadly, the money for this was a Christmas gift from my son. Shameful. UPDATE: I have received a response asking me to help the company understand where things went wrong by contacting their 24/7 customer service people. How difficult is it to understand that I paid for an item that I have never received, have been given false tracking information (I doubt that the item has ever been shipped), and that I have been in contact with them countless times over the past 2 1/2 months. What a waste of time. Do Not Order anything from infiniteKloud.

Every email has generic ‘COVID is delaying deliveries...’ but I ordered a rug from Italy just 10 days ago and long delivered. No personal response. No customer support. Highly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed. I have tried to load IK at a cost of… I have tried to load IK at a cost of approx $200 , 2 USB infinitikloud SD , 3 64 high transfer speed memory cards 1 class 10 memory card34mg, 4 dongles. I emailed numerous times, the company who auto replied, and a to date have wasted many hours trying to load. My order number was 2218295880 which IK confirmed. My original order was via australia company.The 2 packages came from Complete Performance commerce, 221 Gooderham Road Wellawong , Queensland 4110. Pretty dissappointing result, Infinitikloud, not sure where to from here!!

Despite all the negative reviews Despite all the negative reviews, my devices arrived today and they are brilliant! i can understand the problems with COVID 19, but that does not call for all the claims of SCAM. Yes, I had a long wait, but the device eventually arrived, and I am happy. Thank you Infinitekloud. KEITH.
