Not Trustworthy I previously wrote a review about the company not being trustworthy, in February 2023, and supplied all my informations. They replied they will contact me by email, and they never did for more than 2 months now, neither they refunded the money for the merchandise returned on time and as per their instructions and within their 60 days policy. Order #2219119337. Authorized return 7/27/22. Sent them 3 emails requesting my refund, on 1/11, 1/18 and 2/6/2023, as well as a voice message, with no response either.

Scam alert This is a scam. Ordered 82 days ago with the promise of 5-7 day delivery. Overcharged. Called, emailed, messaged and I keep getting told it's in transit, and I can send back for a refund after I receive it. Have received 3 completely different shipping tracking advices. They have different and impossible tracking information. Somehow it got from Sydney to the UK in less than 12 hours! A different name - probably the same scammer - replies to each message. Excuses excuses but no action. Stay away people.

***UPDATE*** Concerns addressed.****I should have realized it was to good… ***** UPDATE******I did receive my order and it all looks good. Thank you for addressing my concerns and following up so promptly! ************ I should have realized it was to good to be true. I was charged 2x because the order was taken without my address being put in. (should be a clue) I entered my address and attempted to correct my order but it charged me again. I thought since my address wasn't complete it would NOT have allowed the order to proceed, like legitimate websites and companies. It also locks on to the 'great deal' for another stick and can't get by that page except by clicking to purchase. It is messed up.

It's a scam It's a scam. Took over 4 weeks before they actually started their shipping process (but only AFTER l contacted them about no update or tracking information sent to me. Numerous attempts to get answers but the same speech about being apologetic and be patient doesn't cut it when you are hung up to dry. Still haven't received the product but l will get something else that will actually be delivered, but l plan to be a pain and continue to give them a hard time for as long as it takes.

After long delay it arrived After long delay it arrived. Plugged into computer but nothing came up on the screen anything like the dashboard shown in the accompanying instructions. Managed to find in file explorer and sliding the pc icon over the infiniti icon got to start downloading. The next day downloaded a bit more. Since then have not been able to open device at all, a really big waste of time, does not do what they say at all, probably a scam and a waste of money
