Buy the Photo Stick… We were going to buy a Photo stick unit, but after reading the reviews from Pc Magazines we decided to get this I/Kloud...BIG mistake, took ages to get here (Australia) then could not get it to work, no activation code supplied, contacted their support & received code, PC said ready to use, but can't open it no matter what I do, have spent hrs trying to get it to work ! but have given up, should have got the Photo Stick, the support people have replied to all my e mails, but I don't think the product is any good.

After long delay it arrived After long delay it arrived. Plugged into computer but nothing came up on the screen anything like the dashboard shown in the accompanying instructions. Managed to find in file explorer and sliding the pc icon over the infiniti icon got to start downloading. The next day downloaded a bit more. Since then have not been able to open device at all, a really big waste of time, does not do what they say at all, probably a scam and a waste of money

I purchased the device and SD card…… I purchase the device and SD card… tried to register an email and got the message that I (email address) has requested to DELETE the email. Bs. Never used, never was able to use SCAMSCAMSCAM!!!!

Despite all the negative reviews Despite all the negative reviews, my devices arrived today and they are brilliant! i can understand the problems with COVID 19, but that does not call for all the claims of SCAM. Yes, I had a long wait, but the device eventually arrived, and I am happy. Thank you Infinitekloud. KEITH.

It's a scam It's a scam. Took over 4 weeks before they actually started their shipping process (but only AFTER l contacted them about no update or tracking information sent to me. Numerous attempts to get answers but the same speech about being apologetic and be patient doesn't cut it when you are hung up to dry. Still haven't received the product but l will get something else that will actually be delivered, but l plan to be a pain and continue to give them a hard time for as long as it takes.
