GBA support team of "deception artist" No wonder Trustpilot rates Infinitikloud 11/2 stars out 5. My rating would be "zero" stars. I ordered the item in early December 2021. After waiting an exorbitant amount of time to receive the product, I decided to return it, unopened, in its original packaging, and within their return policy guidelines. The company apologized... and sent me info to return the item. To date, 8/3/2022, I have yet to realize a refund on the product. Email after email apologizing for the delay and inconvenience, the "support team" has not informed me of any potential refund of my money. In my view, Infinitikloud does not advance market trust where buyers and sellers can trust each other.... Charles Harden

AUIt's a scam It's a scam. Took over 4 weeks before they actually started their shipping process (but only AFTER l contacted them about no update or tracking information sent to me. Numerous attempts to get answers but the same speech about being apologetic and be patient doesn't cut it when you are hung up to dry. Still haven't received the product but l will get something else that will actually be delivered, but l plan to be a pain and continue to give them a hard time for as long as it takes.

GBDon't buy this garbage The product did not work. I spent hours & months communicating this to the support team who either kept sending me the basic instructions over and over again or a formatted email telling me they hadn't heard from me so they were closing the ticket. Worst product and worst support team ever!

GB***UPDATE*** Concerns addressed.****I should have realized it was to good… ***** UPDATE******I did receive my order and it all looks good. Thank you for addressing my concerns and following up so promptly! ************ I should have realized it was to good to be true. I was charged 2x because the order was taken without my address being put in. (should be a clue) I entered my address and attempted to correct my order but it charged me again. I thought since my address wasn't complete it would NOT have allowed the order to proceed, like legitimate websites and companies. It also locks on to the 'great deal' for another stick and can't get by that page except by clicking to purchase. It is messed up.

GBHighly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed.
