A support team of "deception artist" No wonder Trustpilot rates Infinitikloud 11/2 stars out 5. My rating would be "zero" stars. I ordered the item in early December 2021. After waiting an exorbitant amount of time to receive the product, I decided to return it, unopened, in its original packaging, and within their return policy guidelines. The company apologized... and sent me info to return the item. To date, 8/3/2022, I have yet to realize a refund on the product. Email after email apologizing for the delay and inconvenience, the "support team" has not informed me of any potential refund of my money. Buy the Photo Stick… We were going to buy a Photo stick unit, but after reading the reviews from Pc Magazines we decided to get this I/Kloud...BIG mistake, took ages to get here (Australia) then could not get it to work, no activation code supplied, contacted their support & received code, PC said ready to use, but can't open it no matter what I do, have spent hrs trying to get it to work ! but have given up, should have got the Photo Stick, the support people have replied to all my e mails, but I don't think the product is any good.

I have tried to load IK at a cost of… I have tried to load IK at a cost of approx $200 , 2 USB infinitikloud SD , 3 64 high transfer speed memory cards 1 class 10 memory card34mg, 4 dongles. I emailed numerous times, the company who auto replied, and a to date have wasted many hours trying to load. My order number was 2218295880 which IK confirmed. My original order was via australia company.The 2 packages came from Complete Performance commerce, 221 Gooderham Road Wellawong , Queensland 4110. Pretty dissappointing result, Infinitikloud, not sure where to from here!!

SERIOUS LIMITATIONS I’m sheltered so bought this so that my carer can work on cataloging my photos remotely. Firstly,I couldn’t find any activation code. Apparently, it’s the same as my Order No, but I don’t have that anywhere. I’m an artist many of my photos are High resolution Tiffs or Photoshop. Now I learn that the device does not copy either of these. Furthermore, although it copies all other photos - eg jpegs - it replaces the titles with gobbledygook! Very disappointed .

I purchased 2 InfinitiKloud's I purchased 2 InfinitiKloud's plus a Lifetime guarantee. In October 2019 at a cost of $100.00 AUD. It has never worked on my Android Tablets. The original Software of Google Play store worked fine on my Android phones. 14 Months later with the new and improved software, it now does not work at backing up my phone. Customer support has been giving me the run around for a week. Just Don't buy from InfinitiKloud.
