A support team of "deception artist" No wonder Trustpilot rates Infinitikloud 11/2 stars out 5. My rating would be "zero" stars. I ordered the item in early December 2021. After waiting an exorbitant amount of time to receive the product, I decided to return it, unopened, in its original packaging, and within their return policy guidelines. The company apologized... and sent me info to return the item. To date, 8/3/2022, I have yet to realize a refund on the product. Email after email apologizing for the delay and inconvenience, the "support team" has not informed me of any potential refund of my money. I have tried to load IK at a cost of… I have tried to load IK at a cost of approx $200 , 2 USB infinitikloud SD , 3 64 high transfer speed memory cards 1 class 10 memory card34mg, 4 dongles. I emailed numerous times, the company who auto replied, and a to date have wasted many hours trying to load. My order number was 2218295880 which IK confirmed. My original order was via australia company.The 2 packages came from Complete Performance commerce, 221 Gooderham Road Wellawong , Queensland 4110. Pretty dissappointing result, Infinitikloud, not sure where to from here!!

Thank you for addressing my concerns and following up so promptly! ************ I should have realized it was to good to be true. I was charged 2x because the order was taken without my address being put in. (should be a clue) I entered my address and attempted to correct my order but it charged me again. I thought since my address wasn't complete it would NOT have allowed the order to proceed, like legitimate websites and companies. It also locks on to the 'great deal' for another stick and can't get by that page except by clicking to purchase. It is messed up.

After long delay it arrived After long delay it arrived. Plugged into computer but nothing came up on the screen anything like the dashboard shown in the accompanying instructions. Managed to find in file explorer and sliding the pc icon over the infiniti icon got to start downloading. The next day downloaded a bit more. Since then have not been able to open device at all, a really big waste of time, does not do what they say at all, probably a scam and a waste of money

Infinitikloud-Avoid like the Plague I continue to receive what appear to be automated replies apologising for the delay. I have requested a refund.... again no action. I have requested a telephone number to contact but again......nothing. I do receive offers of goods at 50% discount but no idiot would go for that throwing good money after bad. The "Support" help is rubbish. Surely I have a right to a full refund. So what about it Infiniti?
