AUBeware Infinitikloud!! Infinitikloud do not make it clear that the prices are in US dollars. Even though you've chosen the Australian website. I ordered 2 of tgere 128GB units on 13-05-20. I received a confirmation of order showing a higher price (AU$'s) I tried to query this at the support email address, no answer. The confirmation email said I'd get a tracking number next, never came! I tried the Sydney phone number several times, always goes to voicemail. They office address is in Hong Kong!! I've now reported to ACCC. Almost 8 weeks now. I've received items from USA and UK quicker during the Covid-19 crisis. No excuses. It looks like a major scam to me. Please investigate.

NZDo NOT hand money to this company Do NOT hand money to this company. FRAUDULENT! Paid $130 in full 6 March. No product received. 16 weeks!! Every email has generic ‘COVID is delaying deliveries...’ but I ordered a rug from Italy just 10 days ago and long delivered. No personal response. No customer support. Info at infinitikloudofficial dot com does not exist - contact for their NZ operation. FRAUDULENT! Do not hand over money!

GBI purchased the Infiniti cloud for…Android backup I purchased the Infiniti cloud for Android they arrived in a reasonable amount of time I tried to get my Android device to recognize them and it doesn't I cannot make them work they are worthless so yes they delivered the devices, no their customer service is s h i t. I called them and they refer me to a pay for customer service service and I refuse to pay for customer service to get their device to work on my device.

AUBuy the Photo Stick… We were going to buy a Photo stick unit, but after reading the reviews from Pc Magazines we decided to get this I/Kloud...BIG mistake, took ages to get here (Australia) then could not get it to work, no activation code supplied, contacted their support & received code, PC said ready to use, but can't open it no matter what I do, have spent hrs trying to get it to work ! but have given up, should have got the Photo Stick, the support people have replied to all my e mails, but I don't think the product is any good.

GBHighly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed.
