Highly concerned about my InfiniKloud order I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos. I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it. I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded. Very very disappointed. It's a scam It's a scam. Took over 4 weeks before they actually started their shipping process (but only AFTER l contacted them about no update or tracking information sent to me. Numerous attempts to get answers but the same speech about being apologetic and be patient doesn't cut it when you are hung up to dry. Still haven't received the product but l will get something else that will actually be delivered, but l plan to be a pain and continue to give them a hard time for as long as it takes.

Never Received - No Refund Item was ordered and charged on 9 January. I have written many, many times. COVID is a standard excuse. Tracking numbers provided are not recognised by DHL, or alleged ongoing postal provider. It is 18 March - this item is not coming it seems & refund request is ignored. Does this company even exist? Reading other reviews, I question that. Sadly, the money for this was a Christmas gift from my son. Shameful. UPDATE: I have received a response asking me to help the company understand where things went wrong by contacting their 24/7 customer service people. How difficult is it to understand that I paid for an item that I have never received, have been given false tracking information (I doubt that the item has ever been shipped), and that I have been in contact with them countless times over the past 2 1/2 months. What a waste of time. Do Not Order anything from infiniteKloud.

Scam alert This is a scam. Ordered 82 days ago with the promise of 5-7 day delivery. Overcharged. Called, emailed, messaged and I keep getting told it's in transit, and I can send back for a refund after I receive it. Have received 3 completely different shipping tracking advices. They have different and impossible tracking information. Somehow it got from Sydney to the UK in less than 12 hours! A different name - probably the same scammer - replies to each message. Excuses excuses but no action. Stay away people.
