Disappointed...should have followed my gut. As with other reviews, I ordered 3 items and I still have not received them. I should have followed my gut. I saw this keep popping up on Instagram and seemed like cute gifts. Should have checked into the company more. When I emailed, a woman named Diana said the order had been fulfilled and shipped. I asked that they provide a tracking number and 5 days later I have yet to get the tracking number. Disappointing considering these were going to be gifts for family.

Ordered from here and have requested… Ordered from here and have requested the status of my order #4792. And now the website isn’t working. I tried telling them I want a refund but they won’t even respond to me emails. Highly irritated considering how tough times are and I could have spent what money I have somewhere else

We never got our order placed in… We never got our order placed in December. Service rep Diana Anderson stated was late due to Covid. 3 months later we never received it and they never responded to repeated emails nor would release phone #. I contacted my credit card Company who had Their fraud department research and they gave me credit back to my account.

Don’t order from this website Don’t order from this website. I placed My order on Nov. 19 - order # 3701. I was promised delivery in 5-15 days. I was supposed to mail the ornaments out to friends and family. But it is the 20th and I haven’t received it yet. There is no use after now because my friends and family will not get it until after Christmas. I got a tracking number a week ago from the same Diana person (reported in other reviews but the number shows no progress at. I’ve canceled the order and requested a refund. Thanks for your reply. But giving my money back to me because you didn’t deliver the good is not compensation. Anu

The shipment time was longer than… The shipment time was longer than expected, missed my daughters birthday so had to pick up something else....want to order other items but afraid of time of delivery. Plus carpet came folder, not rolled...NOT GOOD!
