This is a crook, not a company... I placed an order in the fall of 2020, which I have still not received. I have sent dozens of emails to the Casabilanka and the only response I get is "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". This is a crook, not a company.

Disappointed...should have followed my gut. As with other reviews, I ordered 3 items and I still have not received them. I should have followed my gut. I saw this keep popping up on Instagram and seemed like cute gifts. Should have checked into the company more. When I emailed, a woman named Diana said the order had been fulfilled and shipped. I asked that they provide a tracking number and 5 days later I have yet to get the tracking number. Disappointing considering these were going to be gifts for family.

I was supposed to mail the ornaments out to friends and family. But it is the 20th and I haven’t received it yet. There is no use after now because my friends and family will not get it until after Christmas. I got a tracking number a week ago from the same Diana person (reported in other reviews but the number shows no progress at. I’ve canceled the order and requested a refund. Thanks for your reply. But giving my money back to me because you didn’t deliver the good is not compensation. Anu

Order # 4718 Order # 4718. Ordered for my grand children for Christmas. Was promised delivery by 12/22. It didn't happen so I had to rush other gifts to them. I want a complete refund or will contact my bank Monday morning
