The shipment time was longer than… The shipment time was longer than expected, missed my daughters birthday so had to pick up something else....want to order other items but afraid of time of delivery. Plus carpet came folder, not rolled...NOT GOOD!

Would not give Casabilanka any stars! ordered a masked Grinch 2020 Christmas ornament last Nov. Never received it. Have emailed many times and they reply they have received my request and it is being reviewed by their support staff. Continued emails get the same reply. First time I have been scammed. I lost the 19.99 I spent, but more important I lost more faith in shopping the internet.

Even during the pandemic, I ordered items from Amazon, Walmart, Ebay etc and received them in a timely manner. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my item. I ordered an alternative from another company and am now using it. I want a refund asap and Diana Anderson keeps saying "currently on transit". This is a pathetic excuse for an online merchandise company. Save your money and your time and order from Amazon!!!

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! I placed a order on 12/10/20 and never received it. I emailed Casabilanka regarding my order and was told that the USPS messed up and lost my order. I replied to get a refund and any information regarding the supposed interaction with the Post Office and never heard back. After countless unanswered emails it is safe to say Casabilanka is a fraudulent site! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

Order # 4718 Order # 4718. Ordered for my grand children for Christmas. Was promised delivery by 12/22. It didn't happen so I had to rush other gifts to them. I want a complete refund or will contact my bank Monday morning
