GBDisappointed...should have followed my gut. As with other reviews, I ordered 3 items and I still have not received them. I should have followed my gut. I saw this keep popping up on Instagram and seemed like cute gifts. Should have checked into the company more. When I emailed, a woman named Diana said the order had been fulfilled and shipped. I asked that they provide a tracking number and 5 days later I have yet to get the tracking number. Disappointing considering these were going to be gifts for family.

GBDon’t order from this website Don’t order from this website. I placed My order on Nov. 19 - order # 3701. I was promised delivery in 5-15 days. I was supposed to mail the ornaments out to friends and family. But it is the 20th and I haven’t received it yet. There is no use after now because my friends and family will not get it until after Christmas. I got a tracking number a week ago from the same Diana person (reported in other reviews but the number shows no progress at. I’ve canceled the order and requested a refund. Thanks for your reply. But giving my money back to me because you didn’t deliver the good is not compensation. Anu

GBFly trap Ordered,money quickly comes out to pay for item,then nothing. No way to track the order. We understand there is a pandemic but the lack of information is frustrating. Of course we received the email,that they have our information and it is being reviewed, So is this review.

GBNever received my order Never received my order. I sent several messages I was told it was in transit. They could not give me a tracking number or carrier info. Now they have stopped replying Order #4198. Do not purchase anything from this site.

GBI have the same issue as everyone else I have the same issue as everyone else. I ordered Dec 6 and haven’t received our gift. I contacted the company 3/4 times asking for a tracking number and I haven’t received one. Probably because it hasn’t shipped. I would like a refund or my gift and no one will respond. Order #4543 If I don’t hear anything soon I will contact my credit union and file a claim.
