GBThe shipment time was longer than… The shipment time was longer than expected, missed my daughters birthday so had to pick up something else....want to order other items but afraid of time of delivery. Plus carpet came folder, not rolled...NOT GOOD!

GBOrdered from here and have requested… Ordered from here and have requested the status of my order #4792. And now the website isn’t working. I tried telling them I want a refund but they won’t even respond to me emails. Highly irritated considering how tough times are and I could have spent what money I have somewhere else

GBI have the same issue as everyone else I have the same issue as everyone else. I ordered Dec 6 and haven’t received our gift. I contacted the company 3/4 times asking for a tracking number and I haven’t received one. Probably because it hasn’t shipped. I would like a refund or my gift and no one will respond. Order #4543 If I don’t hear anything soon I will contact my credit union and file a claim.

GBNever received order I ordered 11/30. Never received my order (#4096). Initially emailed to inquire about status and they said it was in transit and to be patient. Asked for a tracking number and never received a response. I don’t believe the order was ever shipped. So, I then reached out and asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund and never received a reply back. Now, the website is down and there’s no way to communicate with them. Do not use this company. If I do not receive a refund, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
