GBWould not give Casabilanka any stars! ordered a masked Grinch 2020 Christmas ornament last Nov. Never received it. Have emailed many times and they reply they have received my request and it is being reviewed by their support staff. Continued emails get the same reply. First time I have been scammed. I lost the 19.99 I spent, but more important I lost more faith in shopping the internet.

GBOrder # 4718 Order # 4718. Ordered for my grand children for Christmas. Was promised delivery by 12/22. It didn't happen so I had to rush other gifts to them. I want a complete refund or will contact my bank Monday morning

GBDisappointed...should have followed my gut. As with other reviews, I ordered 3 items and I still have not received them. I should have followed my gut. I saw this keep popping up on Instagram and seemed like cute gifts. Should have checked into the company more. When I emailed, a woman named Diana said the order had been fulfilled and shipped. I asked that they provide a tracking number and 5 days later I have yet to get the tracking number. Disappointing considering these were going to be gifts for family.

I tried telling them I want a refund but they won’t even respond to me emails. Highly irritated considering how tough times are and I could have spent what money I have somewhere else
