Order # 4718 Order # 4718. Ordered for my grand children for Christmas. Was promised delivery by 12/22. It didn't happen so I had to rush other gifts to them. I want a complete refund or will contact my bank Monday morning

Ditto to all the negative reviews **UPDATE** After my review I received a reply. You can see below I think. A refund has been posted to my account. Adding a star. Thank you Casabilanka. Ditto to all the negative reviews. Same story here. Ordered Dec. 7, emailed to inquire about my order #4608 the response was “ be more patient” another week passed and I sent another email asking for tracking number & I have had no response. I sent a third email requesting to cancel my order, no response. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute charges.

Never received order I ordered 11/30. Never received my order (#4096). Initially emailed to inquire about status and they said it was in transit and to be patient. Asked for a tracking number and never received a response. I don’t believe the order was ever shipped. So, I then reached out and asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund and never received a reply back. Now, the website is down and there’s no way to communicate with them. Do not use this company. If I do not receive a refund, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This is a crook, not a company... I placed an order in the fall of 2020, which I have still not received. I have sent dozens of emails to the Casabilanka and the only response I get is "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". This is a crook, not a company.

don't buy from here ......Didn't get my stuff and no reply back… Didn't get my stuff and no reply back to my emails and now I don't get to give y'all a bad review even though y'all filed me 83 dollars will never buy from here again
