Fly trap Ordered,money quickly comes out to pay for item,then nothing. No way to track the order. We understand there is a pandemic but the lack of information is frustrating. Of course we received the email,that they have our information and it is being reviewed, So is this review.

Order # 4718 Order # 4718. Ordered for my grand children for Christmas. Was promised delivery by 12/22. It didn't happen so I had to rush other gifts to them. I want a complete refund or will contact my bank Monday morning

Do NOT order anything from this… Do NOT order anything from this company. I placed an order in November and never received confirmation of shipping or tracking number. I get no response from my emails and they have NOT refunded my money. *Amazingly, I was finally just refunded the money on Jan. 12. I had placed my order the end of November.

I have the same issue as everyone else I have the same issue as everyone else. I ordered Dec 6 and haven’t received our gift. I contacted the company 3/4 times asking for a tracking number and I haven’t received one. Probably because it hasn’t shipped. I would like a refund or my gift and no one will respond. Order #4543 If I don’t hear anything soon I will contact my credit union and file a claim.
