Ordered Dec. 7, emailed to inquire about my order #4608 the response was “ be more patient” another week passed and I sent another email asking for tracking number & I have had no response. I sent a third email requesting to cancel my order, no response. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute charges.

The shipment time was longer than… The shipment time was longer than expected, missed my daughters birthday so had to pick up something else....want to order other items but afraid of time of delivery. Plus carpet came folder, not rolled...NOT GOOD!

I was supposed to mail the ornaments out to friends and family. But it is the 20th and I haven’t received it yet. There is no use after now because my friends and family will not get it until after Christmas. I got a tracking number a week ago from the same Diana person (reported in other reviews but the number shows no progress at. I’ve canceled the order and requested a refund. Thanks for your reply. Would not give Casabilanka any stars! ordered a masked Grinch 2020 Christmas ornament last Nov. Never received it. Have emailed many times and they reply they have received my request and it is being reviewed by their support staff. Continued emails get the same reply. First time I have been scammed. I lost the 19.99 I spent, but more important I lost more faith in shopping the internet.
