I contacted the company 3/4 times asking for a tracking number and I haven’t received one. Probably because it hasn’t shipped. I would like a refund or my gift and no one will respond. Order #4543 If I don’t hear anything soon I will contact my credit union and file a claim.

Fly trap Ordered,money quickly comes out to pay for item,then nothing. No way to track the order. We understand there is a pandemic but the lack of information is frustrating. Of course we received the email,that they have our information and it is being reviewed, So is this review.

This is a crook, not a company... I placed an order in the fall of 2020, which I have still not received. I have sent dozens of emails to the Casabilanka and the only response I get is "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". This is a crook, not a company.

Never received purchased Purchased something for my daughter, never arrived. Asked for a refund which they replied to and said I would receive it within 10 business days which I never received, tried to email them again and had no reply. It’s a scam and they managed to have there website advertised over Instagram and other social media.

Disappointed...should have followed my gut. As with other reviews, I ordered 3 items and I still have not received them. I should have followed my gut. I saw this keep popping up on Instagram and seemed like cute gifts. Should have checked into the company more. When I emailed, a woman named Diana said the order had been fulfilled and shipped. I asked that they provide a tracking number and 5 days later I have yet to get the tracking number. Disappointing considering these were going to be gifts for family.
