Ordered the portable Bidet Ordered the portable Bidet. It works great. Unfortunately you never sent the charging cable so I can't recharge it. Was willing to purchase it, but you can't be reached. No reply to email.

VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY! NEED MY REFUND! Since the only time i get a response from you is when i write a review im writing another one. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY! When I Finally got a reply (after waiting almost a month) you didnt address any of the problems i mentioned. I NEVER RECIECED ANY CONFIRMATION ON MY ORDER OR THE PRODUCT ITSELF! but you were able to take my money with no problem. i have said 4 times now that i want my refund and as soon as i mention my refund you dont reply. STILL WAITING FOR MY FULL REFUND!

Thank you Gaia but I think the customer reviews spell out the problems with blaux.blaux customer… Message to Gaia of the blaux customer care, thank you for your response's to my two reviews, but I think their content explains my problems with blaux clearly. The main problem was the lack of any positive response, like so many of your other dissatisfied customers who have also posted Bad reviews on Trustpilot ( 287 score 1.2 out of 5 ). I note you are asking for my Order number so that you can investigate my feedback further, I have already sent the Order number, Shipment ID, Photographs and several emails to your "Customer Support Department" If you ask Noah, Emily and Grace I am sure they will assist you and I would also ask their Manager who they say the problem was escalated to but nothing happened. Please advise why I got a quick response when I involved my Paypal and my Bank ?. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 15th MAY 2024 THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY GAIA IT ONLY TOOK 8 DAYS!! TYPICAL RESPONSE FROM BLAUX CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN!!. IT JUST SHOWS THAT YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOU OBVIUOSLY HAVE NOT READ ANY OF MY REVIEWS ESPECIALLY THE ONE OF THE 5th APRIL OR YOU WOULD KNOW THAT THANKS TO PAYPAL GETTING INVLOVED BLAUX SORTED MY REFUND WITHIN A DAY!!!!

I ordered a bidet on February 6 I ordered a bidet on February 6, 2024. I’m still waiting. they don’t answer email and they don’t call back when you try to call them. They do charge your card immediately. SCAM! Update: I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I finally got a refund. I still have not received a phone call or email from these people. Second update: You all can see the response I got from the bot known as Gaia. There is no email from them, and yes I checked my spam folder. Clearly their response reveals that they did not read or understand my review. Shame on these people!

Debit card charged but no receipt or… Debit card charged but no receipt or proof of purchase was sent to me. I am filing a police report for theft and reporting them to my bank and the secret service who deal in wire fraud, if I don’t get my money back by next week. I used my card on your web page and made an order on March 30 and posted on March 31 to my account for $58.94. I had not used the card since but it came up on my bank charge as GP*ETSHERAHOUSE as a charge for gasoline in San Diego. You either have a fraudulent web page or person using information sent to you. Either way. I just want my money refunded. Since you never sent a receipt I have taken steps to cancel my card and have the bank track my money which I want refunded.
