GBFailure to deliver and the chat system… Failure to deliver and the chat system just ignores you. Don't do business with this company, it's a sham and they just put you off endlessly when trying to resolve issues 3-31-24 9:49 am, The reply from Blaux said they contacted me via e-mail. That's untrue, I even checked my spam file, NO REPLY AT ALL!! Blaux contacted me via their chat and told me they had refunded my purchase price. This is true, they have, and I appreciate that they finally responded, so I'm updating this review to reflect that because they couldn't deliver the product they refunded the money. So I thank them for that and I've changed my rating to a middle rating.

GBDespite customer service agents stating… Despite customer service agents stating on this site that they have sent me the return information via email, I have received nothing! I have checked spam and all my inboxes. I have easily received their emails stating that they cannot accept my return, so why I haven’t received the email that Gaia stated she sent is indeed a mystery. Is Gaia a bot? Probably. This company is a complete scam and should be shut down.

GBDo not buy the space heaters - Scam Ordered two space heaters based on the advertisement- paid heaters arrived- they are not fit for purpose and would struggle to heat a cupboard let alone a room Now can’t get any response regarding a return and refund. DO NOT BUY

GBIgnore the Customer - motto of the Customer Service Dept. My big issue with this company is the total lack of customer service. I have tried to get in contact with them for 2 months to resolve an issue and return an item. I've tried direct emails as well as trying to contact via their website. All I get is a response that tells me that someone will be in touch; never happens. I've tried going through PayPal and the Better Business Bureau to no effect. These people know that they don't have to do anything, they can continue to ignore customers and there is nothing that can be done. It's really too bad that companies like this can stay in business. I wish I could select "0" stars instead of 1.

GBno product received after 3 weeks no product received after 3 weeks. Tried the contact form as i didnt see a phone# to call keeps on going to capcha and doesn’t send. Chat option … 30 mins it said “ To better assist you with your inquiry, I am going to transfer you to a more knowledgeable and experienced customer support representative. Thank you for your patience and understanding.” and magically connection is lost. i tries several times at diff time of the day.
