GBREFUND RESULT WELL DONE PAYPAL.This is my second review. This is my second review. Having contacted Blaux numerous times by email and phone (do not phone it costs you its not free) regarding a heater that arrived damaged, I then gave up and contacted my Bank and Paypal, they both opened a case against Blaux and within a day I had an email from Blaux saying that they would send a replacement. I responded by refusing their offer and said I wanted a full refund. Day later message from Paypal advising me that I had been refunded £68.98. Good job Paypal, Blaux get your act together and give your customers the respect and service they deserve, INSTEAD OF IGNORING THEM!! Dissatisfied customers try contacting your payment service provider to fight your case if Blaux ignore you.

GBImpossible to contact or get a refund to date Order 164457379 The reply I got from Blaux asks for the order number IT IS (AND WAS) WRITTEN ABOVE. FIRST LINE. NO INFO GIVEN AS TO HOW TO RESPOND TO THEM. MORE NONSENSE. Original Comment: We ordered 3 heaters, They arrived with no means of thermostatic control despite ad. We contacted Blaux to return them who sent us a standard letter. When we replied to their letter, we received an 'address not found' Address was to their support services the reply had come from We tried to follow up through their website contact details. No response. Tried again. No response. We have raised a dispute with American Express. Date of experience is the first one I kept a copy of. Why is this company allowed to scam UK buyers? their address is San Diego!

GBThank you Gaia but I think the customer reviews spell out the problems with blaux.blaux customer… Message to Gaia of the blaux customer care, thank you for your response's to my two reviews, but I think their content explains my problems with blaux clearly. The main problem was the lack of any positive response, like so many of your other dissatisfied customers who have also posted Bad reviews on Trustpilot ( 287 score 1.2 out of 5 ). I note you are asking for my Order number so that you can investigate my feedback further, I have already sent the Order number, Shipment ID, Photographs and several emails to your "Customer Support Department" If you ask Noah, Emily and Grace I am sure they will assist you and I would also ask their Manager who they say the problem was escalated to but nothing happened. Please advise why I got a quick response when I involved my Paypal and my Bank ?. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 15th MAY 2024 THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY GAIA IT ONLY TOOK 8 DAYS!! TYPICAL RESPONSE FROM BLAUX CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN!!. IT JUST SHOWS THAT YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOU OBVIUOSLY HAVE NOT READ ANY OF MY REVIEWS ESPECIALLY THE ONE OF THE 5th APRIL OR YOU WOULD KNOW THAT THANKS TO PAYPAL GETTING INVLOVED BLAUX SORTED MY REFUND WITHIN A DAY!!!!

GBArrived today & not impressed Arrived today & not impressed. Had heater on an hour in my room, temperature in room only went to 16°C. I d like a full refund as it does not heat quickly as stated but company wants me to cover costs of returning; paid shipping costs already for it to get here, £ 8 something.

GBRubbish product useless company Ordered two room heaters which are not fit for purpose, you need to sit right up to the heater to feel any warmth. Trying to contact the company to return them is almost impossible. Do not be tempted to buy these heaters they are useless
