Ignore the Customer - motto of the Customer Service Dept. My big issue with this company is the total lack of customer service. I have tried to get in contact with them for 2 months to resolve an issue and return an item. I've tried direct emails as well as trying to contact via their website. All I get is a response that tells me that someone will be in touch; never happens. I've tried going through PayPal and the Better Business Bureau to no effect. These people know that they don't have to do anything, they can continue to ignore customers and there is nothing that can be done. It's really too bad that companies like this can stay in business. I wish I could select "0" stars instead of 1.

VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY! NEED MY REFUND! Since the only time i get a response from you is when i write a review im writing another one. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY! When I Finally got a reply (after waiting almost a month) you didnt address any of the problems i mentioned. I NEVER RECIECED ANY CONFIRMATION ON MY ORDER OR THE PRODUCT ITSELF! but you were able to take my money with no problem. i have said 4 times now that i want my refund and as soon as i mention my refund you dont reply. STILL WAITING FOR MY FULL REFUND!

Impossible to contact or get a refund to date Order 164457379 The reply I got from Blaux asks for the order number IT IS (AND WAS) WRITTEN ABOVE. FIRST LINE. NO INFO GIVEN AS TO HOW TO RESPOND TO THEM. MORE NONSENSE. Original Comment: We ordered 3 heaters, They arrived with no means of thermostatic control despite ad. We contacted Blaux to return them who sent us a standard letter. When we replied to their letter, we received an 'address not found' Address was to their support services the reply had come from We tried to follow up through their website contact details. No response. Tried again. No response. We have raised a dispute with American Express. Date of experience is the first one I kept a copy of. Why is this company allowed to scam UK buyers? their address is San Diego!

Debit card charged but no receipt or… Debit card charged but no receipt or proof of purchase was sent to me. I am filing a police report for theft and reporting them to my bank and the secret service who deal in wire fraud, if I don’t get my money back by next week. I used my card on your web page and made an order on March 30 and posted on March 31 to my account for $58.94. I had not used the card since but it came up on my bank charge as GP*ETSHERAHOUSE as a charge for gasoline in San Diego. You either have a fraudulent web page or person using information sent to you. Either way. I just want my money refunded. Since you never sent a receipt I have taken steps to cancel my card and have the bank track my money which I want refunded.
