GBDespite customer service agents stating… Despite customer service agents stating on this site that they have sent me the return information via email, I have received nothing! I have checked spam and all my inboxes. I have easily received their emails stating that they cannot accept my return, so why I haven’t received the email that Gaia stated she sent is indeed a mystery. Is Gaia a bot? Probably. This company is a complete scam and should be shut down.

GBIgnore the Customer - motto of the Customer Service Dept. My big issue with this company is the total lack of customer service. I have tried to get in contact with them for 2 months to resolve an issue and return an item. I've tried direct emails as well as trying to contact via their website. All I get is a response that tells me that someone will be in touch; never happens. I've tried going through PayPal and the Better Business Bureau to no effect. These people know that they don't have to do anything, they can continue to ignore customers and there is nothing that can be done. It's really too bad that companies like this can stay in business. I wish I could select "0" stars instead of 1.

GBno product received after 3 weeks no product received after 3 weeks. Tried the contact form as i didnt see a phone# to call keeps on going to capcha and doesn’t send. Chat option … 30 mins it said “ To better assist you with your inquiry, I am going to transfer you to a more knowledgeable and experienced customer support representative. Thank you for your patience and understanding.” and magically connection is lost. i tries several times at diff time of the day.

GBThank you Gaia but I think the customer reviews spell out the problems with blaux.blaux customer… Message to Gaia of the blaux customer care, thank you for your response's to my two reviews, but I think their content explains my problems with blaux clearly. The main problem was the lack of any positive response, like so many of your other dissatisfied customers who have also posted Bad reviews on Trustpilot ( 287 score 1.2 out of 5 ). I note you are asking for my Order number so that you can investigate my feedback further, I have already sent the Order number, Shipment ID, Photographs and several emails to your "Customer Support Department" If you ask Noah, Emily and Grace I am sure they will assist you and I would also ask their Manager who they say the problem was escalated to but nothing happened. Please advise why I got a quick response when I involved my Paypal and my Bank ?. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 15th MAY 2024 THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY GAIA IT ONLY TOOK 8 DAYS!! TYPICAL RESPONSE FROM BLAUX CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN!!.
