USSupport people are nice and helpful but... Support people are nice and helpful. Your system is a pain. You need to allow employees to sign in and put in their information rather than making the business owner do this. If we were a big company, I'd just have an HR person do this, however, we're a SMALL business without the staff to handle this. More importantly, I'd prefer NOT to have access to personal info such as banking information. No need for the business owner to have access to this. And PLEASE stop calling me every day. It's really annoying. This is not the only thing I have going on that I need to address.

USDifficult set up… This was the most difficult set up process I have ever been through. We chose you because we have a farming client and will not move other clients here. We had to set up an account just to get a quote, received at least 20 emails and calls regarding start dates (totally unnecessary and annoying). Changing the approver role back to the client was difficult for no reason, and why can't there be multiple approvers. Overall we are not impressed.
