GBYour responsiveness could not be worse Your responsiveness could not be worse It has been months that we have been back and forth essentially begging you to let us use your service, while you claim that we have a mismatch between entered information and our IRS records. We do, because your associate Courtney made an error (switching my first and last names), and no one at your organization seems capable of fixing it. The only reason that we are continuing with you at all is because we do not have time - yet - to establish ourselves with another service. We will do so soon, however, as your customer service practices are abysmal.

GBHappy to have a payroll provider I can trust I was unhappy with my previous quick online payroll provider. They kept changing the charges and good luck getting any help. I tried to switch to a cheap startup provider and that turned out to be unsuccessful. As small business owner, I need a payroll provider that will be consistent and worry free. If I have questions I need my provider to be able to support their service. From the beginning with SurePayroll I have gotten all the help I needed and very quickly. Running payroll is easy and payouts have been consistent. Bottom line, I am getting 100% of everything I need as a small business owner out of SurePayroll. I am happy I found them. I recommend them to any business owners looking for payroll to be worry free.

GBA Sure thing! I was using QB for internal payroll which was becoming very expensive and I did all the filings. I did some research and found Sure Payroll. A very good move for our company in many ways. Not only do we save money but they handle all of our filings which is nice not to do anymore. The switch over was mid quarter so it had some bumps getting setup but was worked through and all good now. Software is very easy to use!

GB15 Year client relationship means nothing to Surepayroll I've been a customer of Surepayroll for nearly 15 years. I made one mistake with my payroll while I was on vacation and manager Shane Mcgee place my payroll on suspension. An automatic suspension after a nearly 15 year successful is clear evidence to me that Surepayroll treats their long-term clients like strangers. I do not recommend this company for business payroll.
