Happy to have a payroll provider I can trust I was unhappy with my previous quick online payroll provider. They kept changing the charges and good luck getting any help. I tried to switch to a cheap startup provider and that turned out to be unsuccessful. As small business owner, I need a payroll provider that will be consistent and worry free. If I have questions I need my provider to be able to support their service. From the beginning with SurePayroll I have gotten all the help I needed and very quickly. Running payroll is easy and payouts have been consistent. Bottom line, I am getting 100% of everything I need as a small business owner out of SurePayroll. I am happy I found them. Please pay more attention to us unexperienced employers. I am very pleased with the ease of using the actual payment of my employees. However, as an employer of just 2-3 home care people, I was hoping for more help. I'm not a "company" although I'm treated as one by the IRS, but I simply do not understand all the rules, filings, forms, due dates, etc., etc. I feel so overwhelmed and was hoping for more help than is provided even in your "how to" sections of your help site. There has to be more attention to us disabled/elderly people who hire a few able-bodied people to assist us in daily activities of living. Thank you.

Great payroll company Great payroll company. I like the fact that you can actually talk to someone and get answers within a short amount of time. Unlike ADP, which caters to much larger companies, SurePayroll gives their small clients the same amount of attention. And their prices are much better than the larger payroll companies.

I was able to receive help instantly…I wouldn't stress! I was able to receive help instantly and walk through setup on final completion. Information given made things a lot easier and less frustrating. Thought I was going to walk into a nightmare but this is a piece of cake! The hardest part, just making the time and fill out the basic information needed.
