GBNew Treasure at Small Church Needed Help I am a new treasurer for a small church. I needed a payroll service that worked with non-profit organizations because I know nothing about how to determine withholdings, W-2s and 1090s. I found three payroll companies after researching several companies, including SurePayroll, that I thought were worth talking with. I reached out to the three companies and John from SurePayroll contacted me the same day. I explained my situation to John. I have found John, my primary contact with SurePayroll, to be accessible, helpful, and clear in explaining things to me. He walked me through every step to setup the payroll system. After a month, when I continue to have questions, I usually reach out to John and he returns my calls or responds to my emails in a reasonable period of time. I have used the customer service a few times. Expect for one experience, customer service is responsive and helpful. SurePayroll's fees are consistent with other payroll services I researched; which are very reasonable. I am pleased with the service I have received and so are the church employees. The employees and I like the direct deposit. It put me out of the check writing business. Withholdings are made and sent to the appropriate place in a timely manner. Employees have personal apps to track their pay, withholdings and they will get their W-2 or 1099 from there. Our payroll schedule is every 2 weeks. SurePayroll sends me reminders for when I need to input payroll data. There are numerous type of reports to summarize what SurePayroll is doing. In short, SurePayroll has simplified my life. I highly recommend SurePayroll.

GBJust What We Needed I am very happy with SurePayroll. The price is awesome (best I found--and I did a lot of research) and the service excellent. I don't need all the bells and whistles that other companies charge an arm and a leg for. SurePayroll is easy to use and provides for what my company needs. Definitely recommended.

GBGreat Payroll Service - Very easy to set up and use Very easy to set up and use. We are a small company and it is well worth it! We work with Vinnie as our account exec and he is great and very responsive. I would highly recommend this service.

GBA Sure thing! I was using QB for internal payroll which was becoming very expensive and I did all the filings. I did some research and found Sure Payroll. A very good move for our company in many ways. Not only do we save money but they handle all of our filings which is nice not to do anymore. The switch over was mid quarter so it had some bumps getting setup but was worked through and all good now. Software is very easy to use!

GBDifficult set up… This was the most difficult set up process I have ever been through. We chose you because we have a farming client and will not move other clients here. We had to set up an account just to get a quote, received at least 20 emails and calls regarding start dates (totally unnecessary and annoying). Changing the approver role back to the client was difficult for no reason, and why can't there be multiple approvers. Overall we are not impressed.
