USYour responsiveness could not be worse Your responsiveness could not be worse It has been months that we have been back and forth essentially begging you to let us use your service, while you claim that we have a mismatch between entered information and our IRS records. We do, because your associate Courtney made an error (switching my first and last names), and no one at your organization seems capable of fixing it. The only reason that we are continuing with you at all is because we do not have time - yet - to establish ourselves with another service. We will do so soon, however, as your customer service practices are abysmal.
