GBFaulty products, no stock, poor service, having to pursue legal action - Faulty products (two in a row) - No stock for a replacement - No contact from customer services for months - They use a ridiculous returns label that's limited to 24 hours and won't issue another one so insist you pay to return faulty items (contrary to the Consumer Protection Act 2015) - Customer Services are incredibly rude - I'm having to pursue legal action to get my money back

GBprofited from pandemic No email confirmation of order received at all. Order arrived after a 11 days and 2 follow up emails. Reason for the 1 star is their decision to price at £30 per bottle of hand sanitizer. This should be remembered and future customers should consider whether they wish to support a company who profited from the pandemic.

GBOrder never received. Update: Finally arrived Placed an order for 1 bottle of hand sanitizer on 03/04. Money taken, confirmation email received, then silence. No despatch email or tracking number. Emailed "customer services" but got no response, just chased and have been told it's been delivered! We've been in for the entire time and have not received goods. Would not recommend using this company Update: Upon further pressing I now have my delivery. After eventually receiving the tracking number it appears something went wrong with the delivery as it shows dispatched on the day I purchased.

GBShipment #000035343. Shipment #000035343. I ordered 3x 200ml bottles of Zidac sanitiser on 6th May. The price was fair in the current climate, the shipping was included and my order arrived on 9th May. So far so good. Unfortunately only 2 bottles were sent. I immediately emailed Mr Pets and included a photo of the order I received. Five emails later I am still to recieve a reply. I appreciate they must be very busy and mistakes happen, what I don't appreciate is being ignored. A simple one line reply stating that the missing bottle will be sent would suffice. Very poor customer relations.

GBI ordered 3 x 500ml of hand sanitiser… I ordered 3 x 500ml of hand sanitiser on the 2nd April, no email confirmation of order but 'apparently' the hand sanitiser was in stock, with a 3-5 day delivery. No sign of it. Money has been taken from my credit card however. I am not impressed with this company at all. If you cannot deliver within the time frame posted on your website just say so!!!
