I will go out of my way to ensure nobody I associate with uses your profiteering organisation. I hope karma makes a full circle.

profited from pandemic No email confirmation of order received at all. Order arrived after a 11 days and 2 follow up emails. Reason for the 1 star is their decision to price at £30 per bottle of hand sanitizer. This should be remembered and future customers should consider whether they wish to support a company who profited from the pandemic.

Shipment #000035343. Shipment #000035343. I ordered 3x 200ml bottles of Zidac sanitiser on 6th May. The price was fair in the current climate, the shipping was included and my order arrived on 9th May. So far so good. Unfortunately only 2 bottles were sent. I immediately emailed Mr Pets and included a photo of the order I received. Five emails later I am still to recieve a reply. I appreciate they must be very busy and mistakes happen, what I don't appreciate is being ignored. A simple one line reply stating that the missing bottle will be sent would suffice. Very poor customer relations.

I wish I had read these reviews before… I wish I had read these reviews before placing my hand gel order. There had been no response, email or bank withdrawal, since placing an order. Then a tatty package from Huboo in Bristol arrived with the goods and my bank had paid the exorbitant 32 quid. Meantime a friend had asked me get some hand gel so I sent another order. My bank has paid the money but no delivery (yet). I'm being charitable in thinking that they are very busy and I must be patient. Charitable or foolish? Huboo's phone number is 07773213123312, at least that's what's on the delivery label.

Rip off!! Avoid this company. I bought 2 hand sanitisers 500ml from this company as like most people I was desperate as I had elderly parents will health needs. I paid £32 for each which in itself is disgusting. However I’ve just received them and there is not safety seal to break and there is about 1/8th of each bottle missing. I hope they have made the money from taking advantage of this situation as after this they do not deserve peoples custom.
