Faulty products, no stock, poor service, having to pursue legal action - Faulty products (two in a row) - No stock for a replacement - No contact from customer services for months - They use a ridiculous returns label that's limited to 24 hours and won't issue another one so insist you pay to return faulty items (contrary to the Consumer Protection Act 2015) - Customer Services are incredibly rude - I'm having to pursue legal action to get my money back

Overpriced product & never recieved Ordered an overpriced hand sanitiser on the 18/04/20. Tracked it after not receiving and found on the DPD site that it had been 'Disposed of Leaking'. Contacted Mr Pets 7 times now via Email & Twitter with no response. They seem very keen on posting 5 star reviews on Twitter but not responding to complaints. Will never use again.

Try to be patient. Placed order on 20th March. No confirmation but I guessed they would be extremely busy. Parcel arrived yesterday by huboo and am very happy. I understand it's frustrating being kept waiting without communication but please give them time before posting a review. Once review is out there there's no taking it back.

Scandalous company Scandalous company. Selling 500ml hand sanitiser for £32!! Trying to cash in on the current coronavirus situation. Shame on them! Best avoided like the virus itself. Response: Sue, shame on you. What a completely made up and shameful excuse. You are a disgrace to humanity. I will go out of my way to ensure nobody I associate with uses your profiteering organisation. I hope karma makes a full circle.

I am getting worried I am getting worried - I too bought Hand Sanitizer at £32 (now £25 I see) I ordered on 22 March and receive a confirmation email. I got another email on 30 March saying it had been shipped. I emailed Customer services on 8 April and have not yet received a response - I emailed them again today. I am fully aware that everyone is very busy at this difficult time - however these timescales are a bit worrying.
