Scandalous company Scandalous company. Selling 500ml hand sanitiser for £32!! Trying to cash in on the current coronavirus situation. Shame on them! Best avoided like the virus itself. Response: Sue, shame on you. What a completely made up and shameful excuse. You are a disgrace to humanity. I will go out of my way to ensure nobody I associate with uses your profiteering organisation. I hope karma makes a full circle.

Sanitizer My complaint seems to be the same as every other complaint on here. I ordered 10 bottles of sanitizer on 17th March. Not all for me, I run a drainage company and kit the vans out with them. Nothing has arrived and no response or confirmation. I wish I'd looked up the company on Trustpilot before ordering. Will now go down the route of charging back my credit card. Difficult times for everyone, especially when trying to carry on running a business. Shame the few try to scam the honest ones. Amendment- my order has now arrived. Maybe if the company kept in touch with customers most of these complaints and reviews could be avoided.

Rip off!! Avoid this company. I bought 2 hand sanitisers 500ml from this company as like most people I was desperate as I had elderly parents will health needs. I paid £32 for each which in itself is disgusting. However I’ve just received them and there is not safety seal to break and there is about 1/8th of each bottle missing. I hope they have made the money from taking advantage of this situation as after this they do not deserve peoples custom.

Co needs to update status on website my Order eventually came so no need to report to trading standards. I think the company needs to put a message on its website simply stating the problems they are having. I also think they should stop selling the sanitiser until they are back on track. I’d not have got so frustrated had my initial emails simply asking about status had actually been answered. Sending stock emails saying product would be delivered by a specific day, when there was no chance of that, only exacerbates frustration. Yet a message on website would have helped.

Awful customer service Awful customer service THIS IS MY SECOND TRUST PILOT REVIEW. Responded to Mr Pets request for order number etc, as no goods been dispatched for order placed 17th March 2020 for hand sanitiser. Requested refund as no good received. No response. Will be taking this further with my credit card provider. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
