CAdoes not care about animals or employees they fired me after 3 days for pointing out that their animal husbandry (3 ball pythons in poor condition with no humidity, functional heat source, and a single litterbox as a hide). being a snake owner for years and thinking this is what i was hired for, i was quite disappointed when they forced me to be a cashier given me mentioning that i am on disability from back problems and working that position in the past has worsened them. the management does not have the money to properly provide for the animals or pay employees a fair wage- when i worked at the location in Victoria, BC, there were max 3 employees working at anytime for a busy pet store. management told us "no time allowed off" was allowed in December, which i'm not sure is legal. there was also no training provided for the positions i was expected to work. then they did ye ol reliable, fired me because it "wasn't working out". Never late, never missed a shift, worked hard for that place because i believe in better animal welfare. nope. fired for no reason. meanwhile they are "desperate for employees". DONT WORK HERE.

GBAwful customer service Awful customer service THIS IS MY SECOND TRUST PILOT REVIEW. Responded to Mr Pets request for order number etc, as no goods been dispatched for order placed 17th March 2020 for hand sanitiser. Requested refund as no good received. No response. Will be taking this further with my credit card provider. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

GBprofited from pandemic No email confirmation of order received at all. Order arrived after a 11 days and 2 follow up emails. Reason for the 1 star is their decision to price at £30 per bottle of hand sanitizer. This should be remembered and future customers should consider whether they wish to support a company who profited from the pandemic.

GBTry to be patient. Placed order on 20th March. No confirmation but I guessed they would be extremely busy. Parcel arrived yesterday by huboo and am very happy. I understand it's frustrating being kept waiting without communication but please give them time before posting a review. Once review is out there there's no taking it back.

GBCo needs to update status on website my Order eventually came so no need to report to trading standards. I think the company needs to put a message on its website simply stating the problems they are having. I also think they should stop selling the sanitiser until they are back on track. I’d not have got so frustrated had my initial emails simply asking about status had actually been answered. Sending stock emails saying product would be delivered by a specific day, when there was no chance of that, only exacerbates frustration. Yet a message on website would have helped.
