GBGood luck finding anything The website is always changing and I find it impossible to find where you log in and where my paperwork is. Once I find my paperwork I find it hard to change the 'attention to' at the top.

GBWhen I renewed my pets letter it kept … When I renewed my pets letter it kept the date of 10/25/2016 and said it expired one year from that date. I renewed in October or November of 2017. Didn't give me a new date.

CAYour site was very confusing Your site was very confusing. I made numerous requests for your help, to no avail. I only got help via phone after more than 3 weeks of calling daily. Thankfully I finally got a call back, & the gentleman on the phone was able to set up my purchase of pkg. Then I was finally helped yet again to register my dog. All in all it was not an easy process. In future I would suggest than you send out the appropriate info. when requested, also reply to your phone calls, especially when someone tries daily for weeks on end. Thanks for finally getting me registered, Patricia Morgan.
