I didn't realize the turn around time and was panicking I spent money on a company that was not going to help My experience hours later was much different. They are responsive, courteous and thoughtful. I received my certificate and after communications through them realized my panic was just that (damn anxiety). Please give yourself time when booking a flight so you don't do what I did! Definitely would recommend 😁

Good luck finding anything The website is always changing and I find it impossible to find where you log in and where my paperwork is. Once I find my paperwork I find it hard to change the 'attention to' at the top.

Because of TheraPetic I'm back... Until I found TheraPetic I was struggling to find a doctor that would write the ESA letter for me to have my Conour Tango documented as a ESA. Within moments of accessing the website my sweet baby Tango was legal. I can now have him with me in social interactions as well as anything else I may need to do where he helps me through the situation. None of my doctors who I see regularly would help me with my letter. Tango and I would like to say thank you. Between TheraPetic and Tango I'm almost back to my old self in public and private.

I greatly appreciate it, you service was prompt so avoiding any problems with my building management as only dogs under 30lbs are allowed so my German Shepherd is now more than welcome here as Service Dogs/ESD don't apply to that rule in BC. On top of all the certification an d letter, my local Doctor supported my need for a ESD by providing me with a letter as well. Great work, I am glad that this service is provided so I can't enjoy life to the fullest with my furry friend.
