The post never arrived to destination I needed your help to get my dogs into Colombia. The ID helped, but the documents never arrived into Panama, and now, 1 month later I am in Colombia and don't need them anymore. The tracking number says,'The item is currently in transit to the destination as of October 19, 2017 at 9:07 am.' now we are 16th of November..???

It's easy to buy, not easy to use It's easy to buy, not easy to use - you pay the money and they spit out something generic. The issue comes when you arrive at the airport and the letter is not on a doctor's letterhead as expected but on Therapeutic letterhead. i had to tap dance to get them to accept it.

Site needs to be more informative for customer Site was difficult to navigate. Once a mistake was made, I had to write to the tech support to change the name on the letter because I couldn't change it on my own. They responded quickly and made the changes immediately. The explanations of the the different packages weren't very clear. I haven't used the letter yet, so I will have to see if it worked for my flight.
