When I renewed my pets letter it kept … When I renewed my pets letter it kept the date of 10/25/2016 and said it expired one year from that date. I renewed in October or November of 2017. Didn't give me a new date.

The issue comes when you arrive at the airport and the letter is not on a doctor's letterhead as expected but on Therapeutic letterhead. i had to tap dance to get them to accept it.

The ID helped, but the documents never arrived into Panama, and now, 1 month later I am in Colombia and don't need them anymore. The tracking number says,'The item is currently in transit to the destination as of October 19, 2017 at 9:07 am.' now we are 16th of November..???

Had to contact therapetic twice to get the issue resolved. And still, the website is not updating the records. SOmeone needs to check the website and make sure it is running properly. Other than that, all is good. Form letters are great and get the job done.

I had just flown to Seattle to pick up my wife's remains as she passed away after a battle with diabetes and having my dog with me really save the day.
